"Bad experience ordered Kitchen Tap from TapsUK"

I ordered a kitchen tap few weeks ago for about £195 and tap arrived. I called a plumber to fit the tap and they charge me money to fit the tap. After installation of the tap, there was a water leak from the mouth of the spout. I reported the leak issue and after few days they decided to send the replacement part (mouth piece of the spout). I replaced and the water was still leaking so I sent a short video to the TapsUK. They said that it is down to the manufacturer. I still have the same problem of leak from the mouth of the spout. TapUK game me two options in which (1) to return the fitted tap to them and then they will refund money. This means I will have no tap in the kitchen once taken out of the kitchen sink and also I would have to pay plumbing charge to take out and reinstall new tap. (2) The second option was to refund the money. This means I will have no tap in the kitchen sink and paid three times to install/uninstall taps to the plumber. I will be out of pocket and costing more to install.

This has caused inconvenience for a simple kitchen tap to replace with a new tap. They are good with sending email and talking on the phone, but the issue was not resolved. I have been left with faulty tap and there is nothing I can do. I will not use TapUK to order anything from them. They sell the products, but quality checked and it is their responsibilities to get the issue right as they are first point of contact. If they do not resolves the customers’ issues then they should not be in the business. I now have to live with the fault in the new tap from TapsUK. I put Sellotape on the mouth of spout so water does not spread everywhere.

Paid for next day delivery and over a week later still haven't received my goods. Contacted customer service and got told they would look into it for me, haven't heard anything back, asked for a refund on my £10 next day shipping charge - that's so far been ignored too.
