From browsing their website to making my choice I cannot praise this company enough.
My order was processed most efficiently, website steps to payment.
Once order placed I was kept up to date on order progress ie, when it would arrive in warehouse, when it would be shipped and delivered. Delivery was also on time and updates of arrival time given.
Also packaging was very protective to avoid damage in transit, tap arrived in pristine condition.
I absolutely love my tap and it was less expensive than the shop where I first saw it.

It is brilliant and helps protect the draining board from scratching.

It also makes it easier for glasses etc. to drain well into the sink without falling over.
