Unfortunately as I have experienced with so many other sanitary wear suppliers online, the packaging protection is very poor and the pedestal for a basin arrived broken. Why suppliers think that covering a box with 'Fragile' tape will protect the contents, when the packing material inside is more or less non existent. I don't feel the courier companies are always to blame as they are not paid to pick one delivery from a supplier and hold it on their lap for the journey. If items were protected adequately, they are less likely to become damaged. It must cost suppliers a fortune to replace damaged items as well as the courier company that also foots the bill.
Common sense required...

I am always very cautious when I see in the instructions words to the effect that “it only takes a couple of minutes to install”. However, true to Taps UK product information sheet it did only take a couple of minutes to reinstall my insinkerator replacement tank.
