I recently worked with Senior Tech Support Cindi Bent, she is amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that the company is in the USA and can speak to live person that know their product! I would highly recommend WhisperKool. I am using the Phantom 3500 and it works great.

"Avoid WhisperKOOL at all costs when…"

Avoid WhisperKOOL at all costs when considering a cooling system for your wine cellar! I made the unfortunate decision to purchase their split system, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The unit leaks consistently, leading to flooding in my cellar. Despite following their instructions to use condensation tablets in the drainage pan, which is poorly accessible, the problem persists even after six months of trying.

To add insult to injury, I've had to shell out close to $2,000, primarily on labor costs, to repair a unit that initially cost me $4,200. WhisperKOOL's customer service is abysmal, and I cannot emphasize enough how utterly disappointing my experience has been with them since purchasing their cooling system. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of WhisperKOOL - their products and services are a complete letdown. Run, don't walk, away from WhisperKOOL!!!
