Easy purchase, courteous personnel that I spoke with and a quality product. When the system arrived I noticed that the power cord was missing. One call and no hassle and I had the cord within a few days.

My WhisperKool wine cellar split unit failed after installation. After much troubleshooting, the installation technician recommended that a completely new unit be installed. WhisperKOOL’s customer service personnel shipped out a new system at their expense, even though it remains possible that the problem was with the installation rather than the unit.

Once the original unit was sent back to the factory, it was stated that there was no problem found, which put me in an awkward situation between the manufacturer and the installation technician. However, after some negotiations, we got the issue resolved.

WhisperKOOL stood behind their product. My new unit works beautifully, and I trust it to keep my cellar in optimum conditions for years
