My WhisperKool 3000 didn't seem to be cooling well. I called tech support and Derek helped me diagnosis the unit and determine that it should be replaced. The unit was under warranty and he quickly facilitated a replacement and return process. His responsiveness and attention to detail helped me get a new unit in place and ensure my cellar was back to normal operating temperature.

"Good unit but dies too young"
Very easy to install and operate. Instructions are very helpful and easy to follow. This is my third Whisperkool. The first I inherited with my house and it died not long afterwards but it had been operating for about 5 years. I then purchased my second unit and it operated about 6.5 years and began a rather rapid decline to death. I'm now on my third unit and truly hoping they have resolved the problem with the units not lasting as long as they should for the price. We'll see.

"Excellent customer service"
Our house had an older WhisperKOOL wine refrigeration system that had been installed long before we moved in. That one stopped working so we ordered a new one a year ago. Within a year it stopped cooling and I called the service number. After cleaning the filters at the suggestion of the technician on the phone and that not helping, I called again and a service representative was out the next morning. He dismantled the unit and discovered a quality control issue (the welding done on the unit was not done well and the coolant was leaking). He replaced my unit with a new one and took the old one back to the shop so he could show the people who assemble them what they needed to be doing better.
I am hoping that this new unit lasts a lot longer, but know that I can call and get good help.

"Failure to back warranty in the first yea"
Within one year this unit failed. Wisperkool refused to honor warranty with the pretext that the my installer turned in post installation paper work with two incomplete entries
