"I ordered a strap and a protector case…"

I ordered a strap and a protector case for my galaxy watch on march 17th online with this company, it stated 8 days for delivery which is ok as it's coming from the Netherlands to the uk....
After 2 weeks I hadn't received the parcel and was starting to get worried. After a few attempts of contacting them I finally got a reply in which they did take their time, I stated that the parcel hadn't turned up and that I would like a refund or a new strap sent in it's place so I wasn't out of pocket. They agreed to send a new strap and protector case which I was fine with. Finally now on the 26th of April I have the strap and protector case, it seems good quality and I'm happy with it, it's just a shame about the time frame on actually receiving the products and getting a reply. If it were quicker all round I would have given a 5 star as it seems the build quality is good (1st day of having it.) the only other saving grace is a nice 20% discount which was included in the postal packet on the next order if I actually choose to do so again.

"Brilliant Customer Service…"

I needed a tool to adjust the Apple Watch strap I purchased. The strap is lovely and I didn’t want to return it so I emailed customer service and they were brilliant and are sending me a free tool. Delivery is always really quick too. A good company to buy from.

"A scam or total incompetence??"

I’m honestly not sure if this company is a scam, just wildly incompetent, or both.

I ordered a watch strap advertised as compatible with the Garmin Fenix 7S – a smaller, female-sized model. When it arrived, it was enormous, even with all the removable links taken out. The link removal tool (which you have to purchase separately) was flimsy and already bent straight out of the packet.

That was frustrating, but the real issues began when I tried to return it. I explained the sizing problem and even sent a wrist sizing chart to show that I have an average-sized female wrist—not freakishly small. Their response? Tediously slow, unhelpful responses and buried in that overly cheery customer service which doesn't address any of your concerns and basically shows a company that doesn't give a damn once they have your cash.

They also tried to charge me for the return, added me to spam mailing lists without permission, and even used my PayPal email (not the one I used to order) to send marketing emails. When I asked to be removed, they did nothing and contiued to double-spam my accounts. I've reported them to the ICO to deal with them.

I left an honest review on their site regarding watch strap sizing to make other customers aware of the sizing issue which was never published. The listing remains unchanged, with no warning that the strap may not fit most women’s wrists.

In the end, I gave up trying to get a refund. Too much time, too little care on their part. I’m posting this here to warn others, since they seem to actively suppress honest feedback and won’t fix misleading product descriptions. Don't waste your time!

Rubbish product and you then get inundated with emails that supposedly allow you to unsubscribe but just increases the amount of emails you get from them.
