"Poor comms and poor service"
Recently my IFA retired and sold the business to Thornton Wealth. They do not provide advice or transaction for me and I asked for a meeting with one of your team to discuss and clarify the procedures I need to follow. I called Nucleus and the first person said that they were not prepared to have a face to face meeting but would arrange a online meeting. Nothing happened.
I rang again and spoke to another member of your team who was sympathetic and promised to get back to me. Nothing happened.
Can you please contact me and help me understand and comply with the processes.

Very poor service. I was given incorrect information and even though I raised a formal complaint I heard no more.
