Bereavement process bungled, incapable of making decisions and completing necessary formalities. Failed to read documents properly and understand contents. Misinformation, delays, excuses and long silences.
Bereaved 92 year old widow is without proceeds after 20 weeks of procrastination. Deplorable treatment of long standing customers, particularly at such a distressing time.
Wouldn't recommend to worst enemy.

As an IFA I have used Nucleus for a little over 10 years, I managed several millions of pounds worth of investments, and was surprised to read the negative responses. My opinion and experience are that Nucleus provided a marvelous personal service.

"Appalling service"
Appalling service. My advisor set up a direct debit for me in November. It is now March and Nucleus has not taken one payment. I then decided to transfer a lump sum in early March. Did they allocate my funds? Did they heck. Had to chase and ask what was going on to get them to allocate them, which they should have done automatically. They eventually allocated it 2 weeks later. It should have been done in 2 days. I'm now looking to switch to a different platform purely on the basis that their customer service is so dreadful. I don't care if the funds are decent, frankly it's not worth the stress of chasing every time you want anything to happen.

absolutely useless I've been waiting on a drawdown from my pension it's now 5 weeks once all paperwork was signed .....still waiting for funds to go into my bank account ......terrible service

Seem Ok when investing money in, but try and get it out again for a client? Appalling service levels, lose original client documents, claim don't get post when signed for. Lie about conversations that took place, introduce forms for processes without prior notice.
Shocking business and staff seem incapable of getting something done even when upgraded to complaint. Fail to respond to calls and emails, their phones sometimes just don't get answered. As a professional adviser I would steer clear of this business at all costs. It has adversely affected my professional reputation.
