A lot of transactions can be carried out automatically, and as an administrator, the systems are almost foolproof.
The website is under continual review and Nucleus notify Adviser companies of the changes, and how to make best use of them.

I was very disappointed about the time it took to release my requested funds- feel it affected the amount received. I requested my funds on 2ndMarch - did not receive my money until 23rd March - despite several requests. I feel the delay affected my total amount. I have asked for explanation - now told it may take up to 10 days. I am not impressed at all .
