Level of service and refusal to to carry out clients requests is simply appalling, Have complained previously and complaints are dismissed under the excuses of policy. Totally miss the point that it’s clients money and not there’s … have been left with no alternative but to take matters to the authorities

"Surrender of Offshore Bond and 2 x Pensions"

1. I submitted surrender papers to Nucleus via my IFA on 12th May for my Offshore Bond and 2 Pensions.
2. My Offshore Bond was converted to cash on 18.5.23, with the exception of a small amount in a suspended fund.
3. I am still awaiting for the transfer of MY MONEY iro the Bond, but it looks like this will soon be concluded, including an 'In Specie' transfer of the suspended fund.
4. Likewise there has been no movement on my 2 pensions, and my new Pension custodian (Morningstar) have had serious problems in making contact with somebody at Nucleus Pensions who knows what they are doing.
5. There seems to be a disconnect between the different departments at Nucleus, whereby the Helpline staff do not have on line access to a real time central programme providing the latest details. The disconnect then seemed to happen with the adminstrators with various people 'passing the buck'. My Offshre Bond money (c. GBP 540,000) has now been un-invested for nearly 2 months.
