Very useful investment tool one that my FA is taking over and using in future

I contacted you as had not received my pension payment on time. The lady I spoke to looked into the problem, found out why there was a delay in payment. She supplied the information to both myself and my IFA.
Whilst I was not happy about the delay, this was in no way your fault
NOTE YOU ARE SHOWING MY WIFES NAME ON THIS REVIEW, SHE PASSED AWAY ON 11/7/23. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAVE HER NAME AS PENSION IS IN MY NAME ONLY

I am not a financial expert so my comments are limited. The web site worked well when I used it.
My primary concern was the fees taken. How my capital could accumulate when fees taken every month amounted to hundreds of pounds a year is beyond me.
