Appalling. The length of time it took to get my own money out of my account was unbelievable! The bureaucracy involved was completely over the top. Deadlines (set by the company itself) were not met which further delayed things. In the end this process took more than a month!!!! Unbelievably bad. The sad thing is that this has been a consistent feature of Nucleus' processes over the years, which is the main reason I am now leaving.
