Paperwork completed and returned then contacted by email? requesting confirmation of signature by Identity document.
Surely as a financial company and my previous correspondence with you and bank details which have previously used for monthly drawdown including paperwork that would have been provided to you by Radiant Financial

I contacted James hay regarding a contribution question and was assisted by Elvan Scott whom was very helpful.

I wished to close down the account and sell the shares. I chased a letter sent three weeks earlier. You said you never received & asked I email it. I did then when no reply, I chased, to be told I need fill out a form, as well. I email the form back, to be told several days later you can't open the attachment. The firm had all the info the letter had. All I have done is chase and still you have yet to sell the shares. Meanwhile they gave list £300 in value. I was then told by my brother, you accepted a photo of the form for him.
