Overall experience was positive, one slight bit of confusion due to a third party courier but after contacting there support team, Tom went above and beyond to rectify, follow up and ensure that I received the extras that I ordered.
Spa is a gift so I’m unable to comment on the product yet but the purchasing experience and after sales was positive.

So having been a wave customer a few years ago, we wanted to replace our hot tub and chose the Atlantic 4 person in grey as it was such a great price reduction and came with 48 free filters!! Amazing offer!! 🤩 Having gone in the website to order, there were issues with the free filters adding on, and delivery but once contacting wave customer service, Tom and paddy were fantastic and so helpful, going above and beyond sorting everything out and keeping me updated and informed at every step, great customer service!!👍👍
I would highly recommend, and the hot tub is fabulous, great value for money!

Bought a tub for my kids. A couple of bits were delaying showing up but customer services sorted it out quickly and efficiently! Hopefully our new tub will give us good service :-)

"Still Waiting for Return and Refund..."
Woeful customer experience. It would be a comedy if there wasn't money involved. Had a spa delivered a week ago.
It leaks air from the valve and therefore deflates. I would call this a faulty product. Got in touch with Wave spa customer services and was told I couldn't return the item because they needed proof of the leak?!?!
Proof of the air leak was sent in a couple of photos.
Then I received this which was hilarious.
"I don't mean to be a pain, but would you please be able to send us a short video of the bubbles forming from this point? Can I also please ask for your serial number? You'll find this printed on the side just above the warning label. "
Who am I Steven Spielberg? Take my word for it and give a refund.

"Terrible customer service!..."
Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered a rigid foam hot tub earlier this year which was delivered at the end of July. Set it up, filled it but it immediately started leaking. Rang the customer service helpline several times and left messages but no-one got back to me so I sent an e-mail instead. Someone eventually got back to me and said my hot tub was one of a faulty batch and should never have been delivered as they were aware it was fault. Wave said they would replace the hot tub and give me a 35% refund. The replacement was due in September. I was told to dismantle the hot tub but I had disposed of the original packaging. I was told new boxes would be delivered by DPD and a collection date would be confirmed. I had to chase delivery of the boxes which were delivered weeks later and I then had to chase a collection date. I was eventually given a collection date and waited in all day but DPD didn't turn up. They eventually came the following week.
I contacted Wave again at the end of September as I had received no updates in relation to the replacement hot tub. They replied saying there had been a delay and that this would now be delivered at the end of October. I chased them again at the end of October and was told my hot tub would be shipped either that week or early the following week and that I would receive tracking information soon.
I chased them again by phone last week and was told that DPD attempted to deliver the replacement hot tub on 7th November but there was an issue with my address (the same address they delivered the original hot tub to and later collected from) and that a manager from Wave would speak to a manager from DPD and someone would get back to me.
I have heard nothing further since then and I have now lost interest in this hot tub as this saga has been going on since May this year when I placed the order.
I was initially very impressed by the customer service I received when I reported the faulty hot tub, I felt they couldn't have done any more for me but since then, the level of customer service has rapidly deteriorated with me constantly chasing them by phone and e-mail for updates and them making promises they simply cannot keep.
Would not recommend this company at all.

"Wow! Amazing hot tub and company..."
My hot tub is amazing, we've had a lot of memories made as a family using it. Had an issue with the heater and the filter but it was so easy to contact customer services and they have helped me to get it fixed. Amazing company would highly recommend

"I cannot emphasis enough to stay clear…..."
I cannot emphasis enough to stay clear of this company. Non existent customer service, virtually impossible to get through on a phone or any other form of communication and zero care given once you do get to communicate with someone. Worse mistake I have made purchasing a spa from them and has cost me thousands over and above the cost of the spa. Please stay clear if you value customer service.
