"vile paint and horrible colours"
I wish I could give this dreadful product minus 5 stars.
I used Ronseal Forest Green "One Coat" to paint my new garden fence.
After 3 coats I was wondering anxiously if the fence would ever look painted.
The paint has the consistency of water, so it splatters everywhere.
Even after 5 coats the fence looked like it had not been painted properly.
Streaks of green still mixed with the brown of the fence wood.
I let it dry, and tried painting it with Medium Oak Brown instead.
It just looked like I had painted the fence with a pot of diarrohea.
What an expensive waste of money the whole exercise turned out to be.

"The ultimate Decking stain"
The ultimate Decking stain!
We stained our decking last summer and it started to go patchy very quickly. 9 mths later it is a terrible mess and will need to be re done somehow but NOT with ronseal!
Rubbish product. Customer service tried to blame us for not prepping correctly then they stated it needed to be touched up as often as every 3 months. Our decking doesn't even have much activity on it. WILL AVOID IN FUTURE!!

"Painted my well prepared fence with…"
Painted my well prepared fence with Ronseal Fence life when dry weather was forecast. we had 4 dry days and on the 5th day it rained - and the paint washed off.
Fence needs painting again, but it won't be with Ronseal. I wish I had checked on here before - everyone has the same poor experience.

"Never buying another Ronseal Product"
No Ronseal products I've ever bought have done what they said on the tin, I assumed it must be my incompetence.
Just bought their precision fence sprayer.
Pros:
It covers fast.
Cons:
It covers the floor and your clothes, It uses 3 litres to cover what 1 litre would cover with a brush, (see previous con about the floor!), the uneven spray pattern leaves the panel both dripping and uncovered at the same time, there is no difference whatsoever between setting 1 and setting 2. After doing one panel of my fence I gave up and used a brush meaning I'd wasted 2 hours masking up all the concrete posts. I will never buy another Ronseal product again.
And to top it all, the rain has started washed off the water-based Fence Life paint so I'm going to have to do the whole lot all over again...... next time with Cuprinol!

"Ronseal plus,what is the plus,the…"
Ronseal plus, what is the plus, the amount of coats needed.I have never said don't buy a product, don't buy this.
It goes on like water, the colour disappeared 3 coats later the colour looks so patchy.
Phoned ronseal they tell me I'm snookered,I can't use another product to overcoat this mess. The can is misleading I will find out who to complain to this product should be taken off the market.
My personal opinion is they should return all my money and send someone to fix my fence.
Please I've painted my own fences all my life and this product has ruined the look of a good fence.Use it at your own risk roneal don't want to know

"Ronseal Fence Life .."
Ronseal Fence Life ... "does what says on the tin", eh? ... All it's done is to make my new shed look terrible! It's extremely watery, looks okay-ish while going on, then dries almost transparent!!!!! ... I'm off out to buy some Cuprinol garden paint, and will never use this garbage again.

"Ronseal kitchen and cupboard paint."
Had a pine kitchen cupboard, I used Ronseal cupboard paint, covered doors and melamine,..Oh it does what is says on the tin does it? Oh no it doesn't, horrible how you can think that you can paint furniture with this stuff is impossible, 3 coats and it is needing a 4th, the finish is not good and you'd have to be desperate to paint your kitchen with this crap.

"Coloured Water"
Bought a couple of square containers of One Coat Sprayable Fence Life in Harvest Gold. Did about 3.5 panels but took many coats. So went and bought some more but in the Round Tubs. Also bought a electric spray gun as I've over 40 panels to do. Well I may as well as used a few drops of food colouring. Its absolutely rubbish. Have used 2 tubs on 3 panels and I'm nowhere near having a satisfactory finish. I've mixed the paint well but it just seems so watery. I could supply photos but trustpilot doesn't have the facility to unload.

"Ronseal fence life plus"
Ronseal fence life plus, Tudor black oak. Having stirred the paint for ages, this product goes on like water and dries almost transparent. What a waste of time, do not bother with this product. I would give zero stars if I could!!!
