"Multiple missing pieces from Back to the Future Delorean kit"
I received a Back to the Future Delorean kit for Christmas (€200). At the end of February it is still not finished. There was a piece missing during the build, which I highlighted on 30/12/2024. To Lego's credit, they shipped the piece for free on 8/01/2025 and I received it 21/01/2025. I continued to build the set on 25/01/2025, when I got stuck again as another piece was missing. I requested it on the same day and I received it exactly a month later on 25/02/2025 (today). I got a bit further with the build, but again, a piece is missing... As I put the pieces back to the box, I also noticed that it says "batteries included". I'm not far enough to know what they are even needed for yet, but I can see, that there are no batteries in my set at all.
This is not a cheap set and after two months it still can't be completed and who knows what else is missing from the remaining part of the build. Every time I get stuck it takes 3-4 weeks until I can continue, just to get stuck again because of more missing pieces.
I don't know what can be done about this. I'm open to options, but this is not acceptable as it is now.

Ich wollte Ersatzteile nachbestellen und es war leider nicht möglich. Finde ich sehr schade. Jetzt kann ich meinen Bausatz weg schmeißen und kaufe keinen neuen. Traurig

Verstehe nicht was die dort veranstalten im Kundenservice. Eine nach Kontaktaufnahme schon als bezahlt markierte Bestellung wurde erneut als "Zahlungsdaten fehlen" markiert (Wieso?????). Der ganze Prozess wird nun wiederholt, was den Versand der Ware verzögert. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

I have been building Lego as an adult for many years now and I adore it. I recently built The Globe which is a beautiful piece with amazing engineering, as with all Lego builds, it was an absolute delight. When I had a parcel go missing with my goddaughters gift in, customer service were amazing and sent out a replacement as soon as possible to ensure it arrived on time for her birthday. Excellent company

Great product utterly pointless retail/online store, insider points are a tragic cop out, don’t be swayed by the hype and exclusivity, every set comes to amazon, prices miles better, Tesco clubcard points a million times better than lego loyalty points.
You could be so much more.

Still waiting for an order after well over month.
Response from customer service is "we're very busy". Uh-huh. January and February are well know for their heavy lego orders.
No indication of when it will be resolved.

"Versand beschädigter Ware, keinerlei Schäden an der Umverpackung "
Teure Sets werden beschädigt versendet, denn die Umverpackung hat eindeutig keinerlei Schaden. Ergo wurden die Sets bereits beschädigt versendet, völlig unverständlich. Jetzt hab ich den Ärger und darf den Kundenservice hinterher rennen, damit ich die Ware zurücksenden kann. Nicht Kundenfreundlich gestaltet, vielmehr sehr umständlich.
