Die Entwickler Hätten Bemerken Sollen dass das nicht so geht !!!

"Slechte webshop, slechte service, onbetrouwbaar"

We hebben 5 januari twee pakketten besteld die voorradig waren volgens de site. Direct na bestelling EN BETALING kwam er bericht dat de pakketten vertraagd waren. 1 pakket kwam uiteindelijk na 10 dagen in een beschadigde doos, de andere is vandaag, na meer dan een maand plotseling geannuleerd. Alle keren dat ik tussentijds de status van mijn bestelling wilde controleren was dit niet mogelijk wegens een of andere fout in de accountgegevens.
Dit is met stip de slechtste webshop en service van een bekend bedrijf die ik ooit heb gezien!
Mijn tip: bestel nooit bij dit bedrijf!

Leser først nå alle de elendige anmeldelsene av lego.com.
Utrolig dumt av et så sterkt varemerke å ta så lett på kundeservice. Om de ikke klare bedre enn dette bør de overlate til grossistene å selge direkte til sluttkunde.

Mes 3 boîtes sont arrivées complètement abîmées: coins enfoncés, boîtes enfoncées. Aucun calage dans le carton. Impossible de les offrir. Je ne recommande pas.

Best level of service I have experienced. Wonderful staff and all very helpful and welcoming. Had a good laugh and bought a few items and the staff never took their attention off other customers and were delightful. The service in the U.K. is normally pretty dire but Lego Southampton have set a standard of what some shops and companies need to achieve. A great experience

J'ai commandé un kit Lamborghini, il manque des pièces que je suis même prêt à payer. Impossible d'avoir de l'aide de la part de leur service. C'est une honte !!

"Order did not arrive timely (or even close to timely), they would not allow me to cancel, and they will not let me return!"

I ordered some pieces for my daughter's birthday party a month in advance thinking they would arrive in plenty of time. I was very wrong! Half of the order arrived more than 30 days later and the other half of the order I have yet to receive. I contacted them several times to find out what was going on and they told me that orders are running behind and have been taking up to 50 days to receive (even though on their site it says it can take up to 28 days). When I requested that they cancel the order (since the party had passed and the parts are no longer needed) they said it was too late to cancel since they are already processing the order. When I asked about returning the items, assuming I ever receive them, they told me that was not possible on "pick-a-brick" orders. Now I have a bunch of Lego pieces I don't need (and even more that are apparently coming at some unknown time in the future) and I am out all the money I spent. I am very disappointed in false information on their website (about when orders will be received) and with their customer service's lack of helpfulness/understanding about the situation.

"Order stolen, lego customer service mocked me"

My order for my Dad's 60th birthday was left half out of his garden gate. No door or bell rung, and of course someone took it before anyone got home. I told lego this, they actually mocked me in their email replies. Utter scum! I am out of pocket by nearly £1500. One person told me they would resend it and I said thank you I am really grateful then they replied actually no, that colleague mis spoke. Scumbags!
