"Nach 10 Anrufen"

Nach 10 Anrufen, verteilt über 2 Tage, konnte ich immer noch niemanden erreichen! Mein Konto/Geld für mich nicht zugänglich.
Was soll ich mit einer Online-Bank die Online nicht erreichbar ist ? ? ? ?

Schade. Nach 5 Tagen ist das Konto immer noch nicht eröffnet. In der Werbung soll es ja "ganz schnell gehen". Stimmt nicht. Alles Unterlagen sind vollständig und trotzdem bewegt sich nichts. Den "Kundenservice" 24 mal angerufen, aber es nimmt keiner ab. Geld eingezahlt, aber keiner weiß wo es geblieben ist. Peinlich. Ich bin total enttäuscht. NIE WIEDER!

Support ist sehr hilfsbereit, und freundlich zugleich.
Webversion sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu verstehen.
Einzig die Handyversion ist nicht so übersichtlich, aber das ist nicht so schlimm.

17 Minuten in der Warteschlaufe. Von einer Bank wie Swissquote hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet

Today 4.02 seems they send a reply directly on my account - so I opened the App but I don't see anything from Swissquote, they have my number and my email address.

"Is this bank still solvency?"

This is a follow up review from my 07 Jan review. Over a month now, still problems not solved. Totally shame to call yourself a Swiss bank standard.

Bank is either in a completely communication breakdown or it’s insolvent. I don’t know which.

Since late December the bank lock up the function of crypto withdrawal, I been trying to communicate with them for over 30days and after 15+ calls, it won’t get solved.

Lately they said the only way to withdraw money is liquidation of my crypto and do a wire transfer to other bank, but they won’t approve your wire transfer, no time given how long the process is, no responsibility, hide behind customer support hotline doing nothing.

Totally unacceptable and shady behavior from the bank, I personally think they are insolvent. I would advice get your money out this shit bank asap. Don’t risk it! Save yourself the trouble. Do not use this bank. Hope my review can help you dodge a bullet!

I have also file an official complaint with FIMA too.

What kind of game Swissquote is…
What kind of game Swissquote is playing? I have been trying to to withdraw my crypto since 10 days ago, the the page keep showing“ Technical error” , been calling them for 10days, and after 8 phone calls, no progress only excuses after excuses, promises to call back which they never did.

Their fee is super high but service is no exist, unstable.

This is a major red flag, get your fund and crypto out of Swissquote bank, they are a shame to the Swiss banking reputation.

Totally unacceptable and unprofessional practice, I will file official complain on SQ to Finma and other Swiss authorities.

Again, this is major red flag, get your fund and crypto off this shady bank.

"many functions, Swiss safety"

App and online portal offer many functions for stocks, derivates and forex. Many cryptos can be purchased and staked. Only receiving and sending seems quite difficult or partly impossible yet.

Everything else works well, support is friendly and professional, fees are not cheap but considerably lower than at standard bank, and I do feel very comfortable with Swiss safety and legal protection.

Kundendienst nicht erreichbar. Seit Tagen geht plötzlich APP nciht mehr SSL Fehler. wollte neu installieren, geht immer noch nicht.. Login auf Webseite? geht auch nicht mehr. Passwort ungültig. Passwort zurück setzen.. geht auch nicht, kundendienst anrufen... geht auch nicht. Samstags niemand erreichbar
