"Order placed on 26th Feb has not been…"

Order placed on 26th Feb has not been dispatched, got one responce blaming robotic systems, asked for refund twice no response. Not even sure they are still trading.

Ordered on the 15th April , still waiting on the 23rd April I sent a message and got no reply , the website says the order is still processing !! , poor service as no response from my query 🤨

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY- PLEASE CHECK THE OTHER TRUST PILOT. THIS HAS FAKE REVIEWS AS A SCAM. THERE IS ANOTHER TRUSTPILOT WITH REAL REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY TAKES MONEY AND DOES NOT DELIVER PRODUCTS AND IS THEN UNCONTACTABLE AVOID !

"Non delivery"

Ordered a a product on the 18th March and still nothing has arrived, today is the 23rd April.
Absolutely useless company.
They don't answer emails, they won't answer the phone.
My advice to anyone is to buy elsewhere.
Think we've said goodbye to £20.

"SCAM ALERT"

SCAM ALERT: As of today - 23/4/24 I have not received goods ordered on 14/2/24. AYP have sent dubious messages claiming technical issues and well timed‘apologies’ to delay further action by the customer. I have reported my experience to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice online. Easy enough process online and I urge everyone affected to do the same. Fortunately my bank have retrieved my money. This operation needs to be shut down immediately.

"No goods, no refund after 2 months"

I placed an order for Thealoz Duo Gel on 1st March 2024. By 23rd April I still have not received the goods, and despite several requests I have not received a refund either. Messages receive an automated response with apologies and excuses, but no action is taken.

"Could do better..."

I ordered a product worth just over £30 on 27 February and still haven't received it as of 23 April. Having failed to respond to a first chasing email the company sent a standard message saying they were having problems with the installation of a new "robotic arm" but I would get the item shortly. That's getting on for a month ago now, since when I have heard nothing. It's not good enough.

Do not buy from these guys. Whether they are a legitimate business or not I can’t say, but from my experience they are definitely liars.

Promised and promised to deliver. Even blaming “new robotic picking solution in their warehouse “.. utter BS (have you seen the pictures of their warehouse? It looks like it’s from the 1930s).

So unfortunately it seems to be another company leeching off of our NHS and us the British people, not actually investing, not providing the service they promise but still willing to take your money.

Ordered 2 things which came to £25 on 12th april,which has a despatch time of 2-5 days,I'm still waiting now,I should have read the reviews before ordering as this seems to be a continuous issue with this company,so I'll either be waiting weeks on end to see IF it eventually turns up or just wont receive my order at all!I'm so angry as its my money they took instantly & I have nothing to show for it!people need to be made aware of this company.....YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!!!!!
