You all added uncharges and items that I didn't want and feel like you are padding the cost. I've never had taxes and fees added to a hotel room that were more that 50% of the total bill.

"I was scammed"
I was scammed. I completely believed that I was dealing with the hotel directly when making this reservation online. It was only after I provided my credit card information and completed the reservation process that I saw extra insurance fees and ridiculous taxes which almost doubled the cost of my reservation from $270 to $445. This company is a complete scam, no not use them!

"Charged Extra, No response and no customer care!"
I have rarely had to leave negative feedback, this company is now high on my list of never to be used again. I contacted this company on 7th November to find out why I was charged £129.52 instead of £94.00. I sent them a screenshot, as requested, the same day but since then I’ve had no response. I have emailed, then I found a number to call and was promised they would be in contact within 2 working days. No, that hasn’t happened either. I am very annoyed at being ignored. Why would they cause themselves needless aggravation when all they have to do is refund £35.52 to me. It’s not a fortune but it’s my £35.52 and I want it back. I would not recommend anyone to book through them as they seem to have no customer care or service.
