Needed to add one day to my lodging. Impossible to figure out how to do it online, so I called. Remains unclear even now whether the extra day was added, what it cost and whether I was double-billed or not billed. Visa statement shows only original $414.00 for 2 nights and a pending charge of ~$570 which is no longer there??????

I had to call the MicroTel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fountain North to confirm my revelations. I received nothing from BookOnline at all!!!! Otherwise you would have received a 5 Star rating.

"Taxes doubled the price"

Taxes on the room are insane and doubled the price. Thought I was getting a room for $150 a night and ended up paying over $700 because of $300+ in taxes.

I am staying 5 days now in Room 206. I was told at the front desk to go online and request to stay in 206. Also to ask for veteran's discount. There was no chance upon reservation to do such things. Otherwise I am happy with Motel 6. This is not even a complaint.
