I have been a customer for years. My membership price is not supposed to change, but I got a letter to upgrade. When I tried to do so I didn't see my original price. I called but they were closed over the weekend. I left a message and emailed. I received a call from Anna on Monday. She was professional and we actually had a pleasant conversation. She waited for me to enter my information and gave me the same membership price. I even found out how to get free months. Now that is a bonus. I appreciate he patience with me. They offer a 7 day trial within 5 minutes they have taken$49.99 from me when I realised within 1/2 hour I contacted them and they refuse to give my money back - PayPal not being helpful either - I suspect they are in business together! I will be taking this further as they must be making a fortune out of this scam - you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period!!

WorthPoint is leading in the game. Compared to any other company that does anything remotely similar. I think 20 bucks is reasonably priced. I am an advid eBay seller. My stradegy is to shop everywhere, estate, and garage sales. I buy storages and peruse Craigslist. This site is timely for me b/c the listing go back several years. Thanks
