Love using Worthpoint. The items go back in date much further than trying to find the items on individual sites. Individual sites don't keep the items up as long as Worthpoint does. Well worth joining!

This website is amazing as well as the customer service. The 7 day trial OR 7 FREE LOOKUPS is not misleading at all as long as you take the time to actually read what your are agreeing to. I recommend this service to anybody who has any questions about antiques or collectibles.

"7-DAY TRIAL COMPLETELY MISLEADING - BE PREPARED TO BE CHARGED $19.99 MINIMUM"

I signed up for their 7-day trial - turns out it's NOT a 7-day trial, it's 7 LOOK-UPS. I did that in less than 5 minutes. The warning that they are going to charge does not say "you have used up your 7 look-ups, you are now going to be charged $19.99". It says "click to activate your paid membership". I, like probably most people, figured that meant activating your free trial membership, since you are lead to believe you have 7 days of pre-paid membership. Then they flat out refuse to refund your money, saying "you clicked on it". Wow, they must make a bundle of money scamming customers that way. A good service sells itself, you shouldn't have to trick people into paying for it.

Misleading, the 7 day trial is not 7 days of use and if you look at a couple of things they then ask you to 'activate' without clear warning there is a charge. After realising this and asking for refund on day 1 of so called 7 day trial and cancellation of account they refused. Really bad company to deal with.

I am trying to sell my sisters side-board dresser. I selected the 7-day trial. I looked up my item, then went back into my profile and cancelled my subscription. Worthpoint charged my credit card anyway. I called them to have the charge reversed. The lady went on and on that it’s not only a 7-day trial but if you look up 7 items, it counts the same as the 7-day trial and I am charged the $19.99. I explained multiple times that I only looked up one (1) item….then she says “oooohhhhh, I see that you clicked the box stating you wanted your credit card charged immediately” WHAT!! Bottom line is that she flat our refused to refund my money. After filing a dispute, my bank refunded my money but because the amount was under $50.00, they did not pursue Worthpoint for the funds back. This is pure BS and I will never use their services again!

"Anita was very helpful!!!. She walked me thru signing up this afternoon!"

Did not even know of this site until Anita told me about it. Distressing to read all these negative reviews. However, to re-iterate, Anita went to bat for me after I could not sign up 3 times last night and 2 times this morning. Anita said the company sometimes has problems with Explorer and she recommended Google Chrome which I also have. So , when I start doing my pricing research of 4,000+ books , magazines, military vendor catalogs and militaria, I will use Google Chrome!. Again , Anita is knowledgeable, on the ball and willing to help. So , if you need "handholding", speak to Anita!

"They are difinately Dodgy!"

I started a trial membership with them and within that period, they billed me for $19.99. I contacted them immediately and asked them to reimburse my PayPal account. I then tried to cancel my trial membership which I found impossible to do, despite their instructions which are quite frankly bogus!

I again contacted them, and told them I wanted to cancel my membership with them (albeit on a trial basis) as they did no provide the facility to cancel through their website which is obviously wholly intentional.

Not only have they not reimbursed me for the $19.99 but they have just taken another $19.99 from my account! I have now informed Paypal and so hopefully they instigate some sort of action against this company (I use that definition very loosely)!
