I am using Worthpoint to find out what old stuff I sell, actually worth. I find it really helpful.
Also, I have their new Marks product and it is pretty unique. They have 100000 images in there. Huge !

Also, I suggest them to make some changes to the search engine.

I use their service and find it useful. I like the fact they add new features to the platform and especially the marks section and the new maps features.

I don't like that much though their search engine though, they keep improving it but it still needs improvements. Still, 5 stars from me.

"Horrible!"

I joined worthpoint after my mom's passing - hoping to get help with the value of several items. I joined as a paid, then 7 days later was double billed. When I called their customer service phone number - I set on hold 3 times for 15 min and was disconnected every time. The 4th time I was able to speak to a woman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her I had been holding for over 45 min and her response was "no you haven't - u have been on hold for 12 minutes!" That was THAT time. She told me she didn't see where I had been double billed. I told her I would gladly send her a copy of my bank statement showing my account billed twice within the first 10 days of joining. I have sent 3 emails and haven't received a response. I never give reviews - bad or good but I was so extremely disappointed with this site that I had to share! Horrible. Don't waste your money. They are dishonest.

I'm not an employee for WorthPoint. I have no reason to make anything up because I'm not getting anything out of this. I have an antique shop in Greenville, NC. I've been with WorthPoint for years and every time I've had an issue they were prompt and polite. I've spoken to Anita before and I know she can be fiesty but ONLY if you approach her rudely. I remember once my account was double billed and I called in an outrage she told me she can't help me if I'm yelling on the phone. I can understand that now but in the heat of the moment, you're angry, so of course you think she's being rude. After cooling down she helped me figure out the problem. There's nothing shady about the trial. I've gone in trying to create a new account and the website states over and over again what the trial is about. I don't know why people are so angry. I don't think this company could go on this long if they were scammers.

I recently used this site to compare pricing for similar items. This was the only site after hours of searching that had the item with a history of what it sold for. Very easy to use and accurate history on market value for items. Plus when i had an issue with billing, customer support assisted me quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this site and their services.

"Worthpoint is worthwhile!"

There have only been 2 or 3 items over the past several years that I couldn't find information and pricing about. In general this is the place to discover almost everything you'll want/need to know about just about any item from it's value 10 years ago to today, if indeed it's still selling. Some items I've found haven't actually been selling for the past 4-5 years so I know not to spend much time dealing with those pieces whereas other items are still selling and you'll know if the selling prices have been going up, down, or staying flat. It just happens to be the greatest tool in my toolbox when it comes to buying or selling.

Very helpful, easy to use. Lots of info. Good for experienced sellers, researching product, good for those sourcing to determine value and good for new sellers to browse all the various categories & sub categories.
