"Excellent service"
So I found a wet ceiling in the bathroom last night was worried as it seemed to be encircling the light! Yes it took me 30 minutes to get through the emergency line but and engineer was here in 30 minutes spot on service he done a thorough check could not find a leak! System all fine! May of had a leak in the roof after the day of bad rain! But I cannot fault this service excellent.

How can a company like this continue to treat their tenants in such an appalling manner and the people in charge keep their jobs?
We have lived in a Greensquare property for 8 years, a brand new build, we have not had a single year when we have not had issues with our heating and hot water.
It took 6 years for them to realise the boiler was faulty and install a new one, it's been in for 15 months and the new one has broken again.
It's now 6 weeks of no hot water to bathe in, with two Autistic adults in the house with sensory issues that mean bathing in cold water is unbearable for them. Due to how often we are without hot water we have requested an electric shower as back up, this was refused, we are now going down the GP and occupational health route to challenge this decision.
We have had plumbers and gas engineers come out and say they can't fix it, the boiler needs replacing.
We have been ignored, our emails and messages unanswered, we have had an instance of abuse by one of their call staff who refused to help in any way.
We were assured a month ago that the head of the gas team was contacting Worcester to get a new boiler under warranty, we called Worcester ourselves to be told that they have no record of one of their boilers even being in our property. We have been promised that the same person in charge will call us and let us know what's going on 5 times and she has NEVER called back, we have just called again only to be told she has gone on holiday!!
They cannot keep getting away with treating people who pay rent like this. I have seen numerous messages on their twitter and Facebook from people with the same kind of issues. The last plumber who came out to us is a Greensquare tenant and he said he's moving because they are such a bad housing company and he works for them!!
We have put in two official complaints and nothing has been done, we are now looking at another weekend with no hot water.
We are now going to contact the ombudsman and get legal advice.
We can't even swap our property because other people now are aware of how bad this company is and refuse to swap with Greensquare tenants.
They don't care about bad reviews, they don't care about people living in bad conditions, they don't care that their inability to carry out repairs is affecting the health of their tenants. They simply don't care.
The people in charge should be utterly ashamed of leaving vulnerable people in these situations and NEVER having to answer for it.

"Utterly Corrupt, Dishonest and Unfit for Purpose"
Don't know how they have managed it but they have actually got worse and they were useless to start with. Over the past 12 months they have gone from useless to outright devious. Ruth Cooke is both incompetent and a bare-face liar. Refuse point blank to provide tenants with windows and heating and say outright that they have no intention of dealing with mould and damp. Workment turn up totally unprepared for the jobs they are supposed to be doing and leave before the work is complete. Not one person in this company is actually able to do their jobs and the higher up you go the more idiotic they are. Constantly breaking the law regarding housing standards and although the executives have known about breaches for years, still do nothing to put them right, instead adding to problems by going back on their previous promises regarding planned maintenance. Absolutely obssessed with money and how much they can squeeze out of their residents, councils, government and the elderly who need care. The whole sordid operation needs bringing down. Please do not take any offers of housing from this lot. Wait for a decent landlord. This lot will destroy your physical and mental health as well as robbing you of money charging for services they do not provide. There are literally no good points and even some prisoners live in better conditions and are treated with more human rights than Greensquareaccord can manage.

"Complete shamble"
Would've given zero stars, but not an option.
They take forever to do repairs, a lot of the time need to chase it up.
Sometimes the advisors don't even note down what you've requested, so when you ring up to enquire they have no history of what needs doing.
When you email they reply with a message to get back in 48 hours, but never get back to you.
So fed up with the way they run things, they have no sort of system or order of doing things, it's a complete shamble.
When you request for a call back no one ever gets back to you.
Since merging with Green Square it's become even worse, don't think they can manage a vast amount of housing.
Really need to sort themselves out.

Only gave one star because I can’t put none! The care company I worked for seemed to be managing just fine! This company merged with them and boom!!! All downhill from there! After 5 years I gave up my job due to this company running it into the ground and now it no longer exists.. carers have been tupped to another company. I am also owed some pay and have contacted both the head office and payroll several times and have been totally blanked! Would avoid this company at all costs.. as an employee or a client!

My friend lives in a Green square ACCORD supported living project managed by another organisation which focuses on the needs of BAME residents. The quality of the accommodation is appalling and repairs have been outstanding for two years. The G/A publicity shows lots of happy smiling BAME families, The Board and senior management have NO representatives from African or Caribbean communities, Is G/A institutionally racist?

Disgusting. I find it hard to beleive that the Goverment actually gives this monopoly grants for new builds, they should be forced to look after their original customer base before making other people suffer with their terrible service. Lack of care at every level, housing officers do not care, let antisocial behaviour run rife, have empty properties (that have been reported) just sit there and rot (they get the benefit payments, so who cares) seriously avoid if you are able.

The customer service of this company is absolutely non existent and frankly disgusting. I’ve sent them 5 emails in the past 3 weeks, none of which have been answered….filled in an insights survey they sent me scoring them as low as possible for everything and again venting my frustration at the lack of communication….surprise surprise no response. How they maintain any customers or even win new business is absolutely beyond me, completely embarrassment of a company with no regard for customer service….absolutely shocking.

I've been a Tennant of caldmore housing since round about1981. The service was amazing. Up until it changed to accord which was a smudge better than green square Which is diabolical.. Lack of customer care, and cowboys of repairs. The next time I have a repair I want to look at there qualifications for that job. What a load of crap..... Managers and directors couldn't manager a 3 year old party... Need to buck up... Tina.
