"Central Heating"
Rob Chatterley Redditch. I am 70 and disabled. My heating went off on the 17 December. I called and an engineer came out. Sods law he pressed the button and it started. Two hours latter it stopped. I called again and another engineer came out. He pressed the Maintenance button and it came back on and he went, an hour latter it was off again. I ring again and the third engineer came out. "The clock and the thermostat" He said he will be back this week. I rang and emailed for someone to have the decency to contact me to tell me what is going on? I got a call to say "They are expecting the part on the 27th January"... six weeks without central heating.. not bad QSA and PH J

"Complaints are ignored, service is terrible"
Complained about an issue, garden was torn up and left insecure, had to complain to get it corrected after months.
Tried to talk to a housing officer about an issue, we have been waiting 10 weeks, despite me phoning weekly.
Follow up complaints on another issue were closed with no resolution, nobody would phone us back, the company does not follow it's own complaints process.
If you call the call centre then expect to be fobbed off, they are unable/unwilling to transfer you to anyone. This company is so impersonal and don't care about their tenants.
Their exec appears before MP's and tells them how to improve customer service in social housing settings, yet they have no idea of what they are doing to their own customers. I asked her to contact me, to try and describe how customers feel....she failed to respond. They don't care.

"Repairs"
Constant phone calls requesting repairs boiler broken down,electrics keep blowing walls dripping in condensation,no hot water,radiators not working get told after waiting 45 mins on phone you are on a 7 day call back, call never happens. The worst H/A I wish I could move.

"I've lived in my property for over 21…"
I've lived in my property for over 21 years since lived here, my windows are worn wood crumbling away, my kitchen is old & tacky & bathroom has never been changed either, 6 times I've had the big man crew suveyors come in, telling me they will be changing this that in the last 4 years wasting my time & their time too, after their visit you will never see them again.. they are the worst company & im ashamed to say I live in their property... they have failed us they get paid for doing nothing absolutely nothing... the materials etc they have used are cheap & tacky I do not have double glazed windows every year they say your on the list for them to be changed, we've recieved a budget & they will contact me later in the year but 4 years have passed nothing at all...

"Worst company I have EVER dealt with"
Worst company I have EVER dealt with. I can’t put into words how awful they really are. The call centre staff are mostly rude and lack common sense. No response to complaints or emails within the written time scale. I have made numerous complaints over the years due to repairs, cow boy builders, trades men who linger at your house for hours without completing repairs. I even had a work man take a nap in his van outside, meanwhile tenants have to wait months for repairs (sleeping tradesmen may not help this situation) I’ve had the complaints team practically admit to what a shambles this company are. Only to be met with more hurdles and crappy service the very next time I have to deal with them. You can wait weeks to receive any communication and months for repairs, but you can bet ANY money if you are an hour late paying rent there phones work well enough then and they are more than happy to pester you!! You are treated like scum just because you are in a council property (I work full time and always have). The bad press and coverage on this company is massive and it’s no surprise why. If this association doesn’t end up crumbling in the near future in would be very surprised. If I could give 0 stars I would! Awful awful awful.

"Disgusting!"
After 7 years living here I am disgusted with how I’ve been treated! The work never gets done. The customer service team just laughs. Currently have 2 complaint on going and contacted mp! I currently have no kitchen sink and can’t use washing machine and won’t come out till end of Feb! Can’t get hold of parts to do it myself! Disgusting landlord! Don’t get how they get away with it!

"Criminal landlords as the property I…"
Criminal landlords as the property I inhabit does not have a Gas Safety Certificate, or carbon monoxide monitor. Failure to provide a Gas Safety Certificate is a criminal offence. I know of 22 flats they rent which do not have Gas Safety Certificates. This has been pursued with them for nearly 2 months to no avail. I hope they are prosecuted as they are putting the health and lives of their tenants at risk.

"Poorly managed, poorly run"
GSA took over another care company in spring of 2021, caring for an elderly relative.. this lasted less than 6 months before the relative was placed in a carehome due to the carers not being able to give him the level of care he needed. it seems they cannot get their accounts straight as 18months later we’re getting demands for bills that we’ve paid to the company before they took over! Several times we’ve been billed we paid the first time, if they can’t get their accounts straight because of incompetence, that’s down to them! I’m not re paying bills!

Greensquare doesn't even deserve one star but here we go. What an absolute shambles of a company, Cowboy builders, Bodge everything up only for it to get worse in months time. GS doesn't care about their tenants or the condition of the homes, only care about the money they receive. Mouldy leaking roofs, Toilet bowl not fitted properly, front wooden porch is rotting away, Seals on the door frames and windows coming apart causing condensation and mould. Leaving a disabled child and baby without hot water for 6 weeks only for the customer service team to turn around and say "You've got a kettle haven't you, use that". Leaving a mouldy floor in the bathroom for years after several complaints only for them to say "It's discolouration" but when it was lifted up there was thick black mould everywhere. This has all happened within the past 5 years and I'm absolutely disgusted in the way they treat their customers.

Iam not a tenant iam a friend of one of your tenta. He has had scaffolding up at his kitchen window for some time he has asked how long it would be there no reply. He asked again no reply xx you ask tents to respect you why are you not respecting them Have read reviews after reviews not a good thing to say about you or your company xx also its govement legislation to reply to emails with in 7 days. It not fair on rent paying tenants to put up with your cowboy aditued as some reviews I read are from the disabled and vorble people you have on your books it makes me sick to think your getting away with it !!!
