"AVOID GREENSQUARE AT ALL COSTS"

Avoid green square moved into a flat in October 2022 had several issues that still haven’t been resolved we had a sink that wouldn’t drain which I had to sort out myself after months of waiting for them which needed all the pipes changing a shower that worked for less than a week and took them up untill a week ago to fix the flats moulding meaning our bedroom is unable to be used our sons bedroom is the same we’ve been forced to use the livingroom as our bedroom and green square just don’t care countless letters about rent that’s “overdue” after being paid was told at the start of the tenancy that we are required to pay a minimum of one weeks rent to start with I paid two weeks rent after 2 days in property we were bombarded with letters and emails and phone calls stating we had to pay the full month as a deposit after an original agreement of two weeks we’ve been lied to countless times and now we have received a letter regarding “collection of possessions” from the same woman I’ve had many arguments with due to the rent they want to take our belongings and take us to court because we paid our rent by the sounds of it I have the letters to prove this and all bank statements to show rent has been paid so they need to sort their systems out and see that rent has been paid every month and also get some one who knows what their doing the communication with greensquare and the people renting from them is the worst I’ve ever seen this company is a joke. We moved in due to our house of property not being safe for our new born and this property is riddled with mould I didn’t realise pink mould was a thing untill we moved in. They only care about money and not the people this company is a literal scam and joke.

Once again this company fail in their duty of care toward tenants.
I live in a block of 6 flats which,on the whole,receives scant attention regarding repairs and maintenance.
Personally , i have had a leaking roof for 8 years, which GSA have half heartedly addressed twice in that period. After contacting the repairs line {not easy} numerous times, I was lied to on several occasions, and generally ignored until I withheld rent.
When finally scaffold was erected,I spoke with the contractors and was told their remit was to do the bare minimum, only patching a couple of places when id reported the leaks as coming into every room , and in several places in each room. This has not fixed the problem, so my furniture gets wet,ive had to move my bed to prevent water dripping on my head, and mould covers my bedroom wall. The ceiling in the bathroom sheds bits of plaster occasionally and the kitchen develops puddles.....
Last November my boiler was condemned.It took GSA 100 days to address this after endless furious phone calls...and so this compounded the leaks/mould problem. Oh, and the window frames are all rotten to the point you can see through the holes in them.
All in all, a criminally negligent company.

Kicked me out if my home of 14 years because they found it easier to evict everyone and I had to pay the £700 for the pleasure. Please don't not use this company if you are looking for a home. Only use GSA if you are totally desperate and have no other options became you are simply a profit figure to them

Their is no heating at Hebredene House Cricklade and they want you to pay £23 weekly for an service you don’t have and your cold

Charge you for rent when you haven’t even moved in

Who pays for heating when you have none disgraceful

Should be reported for misconduct and breaching tenancy agreement

No heating mentioned in my tenancy agreement so my tenancy agreement is infact void

Do not go near these disgraceful company their do not forfeit your rights as an tenant in any capacity

Residents pay monthly rates for gardens, gardeners are only allocated a short time cos of the cost . Which means the garden are butchered by amateurs. Resident don't have a seating area where they can meet up, they have to sit in the smoking area. Seats are warped and rough, greensquare want the residents to paint the seating, most residents can hardly walk. It's a joke. They have to pay a well being tax???? They told us when we merged with greensquare , there would be lots more money for repairs, that waslike!!! Everything is the same. .

Identified me as at risk and would in contact within 5 days. 2 weeks later and I still haven’t heard from the housing officer despite chasing twice.

Greensquare/accord. This money grab company, only replies when it suits them. They supposedly repaired cracks on a external wall, and promised to come back and paint said repair?
Have contacted them on more than one occasion to find out when some person will come and finish the job.However yesterday 25th July Iwas told by email, that I was responsible for doing the work myself.That’s fine, I will end up doing it myself when I get some money saved. I am 79 years of age, prostate cancer and still receiving treatment, also a medtronic fittied at the base of the spine, which stimulates the brain to allow myself to walk a little better.I also have a stent fitted, due to a heart attack. My wife also 79 is in very bad health.survived a stroke, she cannot walk for more than 5/10 yards. Also she has a damaged back, and operated on twice, but still no better, now she has been told that she is has diabetes, she is also registered as chronically sick and disabled, but GSA are all medically qualified, so then becomes judge, jury and executioner, they could be just what the NHS with all their medical qualifications. I have tried to get into contact with the CEO Ruth Cooke,only her photo is available, no email, no phone number.We the taxpayer pays the wages of your staff along with the rent you receive. In fact, it comes to light that GSAtook two lots of money from my bank approxover 500 pounds without my permission. Naughty, naughty.The lord giveth and the lord Taketh away.

If I could give 0 stars I would but cant. Had no heating since 15th December 2022. Think they may have fixed it july 2023 but will not no till its cold again. As soon as they left our hot water went. Had none for 2 weeks they came sorted it out lasted a day then all back to square one and we are still having problems. I've done all the chasing made all the calls as they font give a s___. Had a bike accident during this time so had no money now they seem to call me all the time about there rent funny dont you think. I hate green square accord if I could move to another I would they are getting me depressed to hell not just me but my hole family. Take your money but font care and anything else
