Green square has a bock of nine flat built at the same time as our private block 10 years ago and are identical. We use the same entrance road which they refuse to pay for its up keep so private owners land up paying. Their block is fast turning into a slum which they haven’t denied stating they cannot afford the same up keep as as private owners because they are a charity. Soo much for the social engineering of placing private and public housing together. They control half the lights on this private road which they refuse to repair. These housing associations are responsible to no one and government should cease to give tax payers money to them.

This has to be the worst company ever, the employees can't be trusted and pinch off the elderly. They are very rude and their workmanship is terrible don't waste your money go elsewhere. This company should be closed down

If I could give 0 I would. Waste of space outfit. I own a greensquare flat, they come after us home owners for money all the time. The cleaners dont clean and the employees spend majority of their time sat in their Van's, not their fault. Waste of space outfit and have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely money grabbing, selfish company.
I could carry on with 8 years is their planned gutter clearance maintenance 😍 it's a joke!

I've given one star too many but one is the minimum.
Unhelpful and unresponsive staff make green square a bunch of incompetent clowns.
Useless response to urgent repairs and unreliable work carried out if they actually turn up. The plumbers can't even tell the difference between hot and cold taps. Non existent welfare towards tenants, I can't be bothered to write any more, the list is endless.

Dont even deserve a 1 star rating.I so say own a flat, amount i have to pay in maintenance is ridiculous, 300 quid a year for cleaning that doesnt happen, 300 quid for grass to be cut! It's small block! This is not a company I would recommend to anyone. If there was a minus star I would give them minus a million. Shambles of an outfit, if their staff were nice and not so patronising I might have a bit more empathy for them but they just dont care.

My boiler broke yesterday so no hot water or heating it was one of the coldest nights of the year last night and as my daughter has chronic asthma and on Tuesday we was told she has tonsillitis and a chest infection on top Green Square reported this as an emergency and said someone would be out that night to try and fix it if not bring some heaters out for us to use but no1 came until 8 this morning he said he only had 5mins as he was late for another job and he didn’t have any heaters so when he left I phone them back and they said someone else would come out to sort it so after waiting for most of the day I called them back and no1 knew what was going on and they would have to call me back which they never did so I called them again this time I got Through to someone called adam who was no help he said he was going to try and get me a fan heater but when I explained that the doctors has always advised me not to use any With my daughters condition he said fan heater would be ok for her to use and it only matters if she uses it overall length of time and that any heater would be better than no heater So I asked if he is medically trained to give me such advice he denied saying it and said that you would not make a comment on it further and it will probably take nearly a week for the parts to come in so I should just use a kettle to Fill the bath and there is nothing more they can do I can’t believe how they treat people

Greensquare is meant to be a Housing Association set up for the more vulnerable sections of society. However, although it has a vast porffolio of properties see across the south of England and continuous to build more. The houses, although initially well equipped are very poorly maintained with kitchens & bathroom upgrades only really happening when they are practically falling to pieces. When they do get contractors in to do work it is always on the cheap with resulting issues for the resident.
Staff appear to be overworked and as a result there appears to be a high staff turnover, again causing issues for residents when it comes to continuity. Inspite of them pleading poverty when it comes to improving residents properties, they still manage to produce a glossy magazine which never ever contains or tackles the real issues their residents have with them. Lack of communication between departments is rife along with difficulties in actually reaching a Housing Officer when needed. You used to be able to get straight through to Customer Services now one is greeted with a recorded message asking you to leave your number & a short message, along with a promise that someone will get back to you. Your call is then returned by a Customer Service operator who will try to put you through to the person of your choice but if he/she is not there you are promised a ‘callback’ which can take anything up to a week!! Not ideal if you have an urgent issue!!
Greensquare you can & should do better!!!
