ho comprato il servizio: spedizione di quattro pacchi in Francia attraverso il portale Packlink,per il quale ho provveduto già a fare una pessima recensione; poichè mi erano arrivate tre etichette e la quarta, anche essa regolarmente pagata, non è pervenuta ho contattato il servizio assistenza DHL: scortesissimi ed inutili:non utilizzateli.

Again DHL taking customers for fools - DHL if you would like the camera footage to show your driver came nowhere near the property I am happy to provide .

"Terrible delivery experiience"

Terrible delivery experiience. One star is too generous for this driver. Without any contact from the courier, I received an email that told me my parcel had been delivered and the tracking record said it had been received by David (my name), which was not true. After a search by my neighbours (I am disabled) it was located near the entrance to the building. So the driver had gained entry to the building, but had not even bothered to bring it to my flat door. A distance of about 15 metres. Pathetic.

Paczka miała być doręczona na salon fryzjerski gdzie zawsze są jakieś osoby ktore mogą ją odebrać ale bez powodu była zwrócona do nadawcy bez próby doręczenia tej paczki na salon a kurier napisał że niby nikogo nie było i że nikt nie mógł jej odebrać i nie raz już miałam taka sytuację nie polecam DHL

This company DHL E COMMERCE UK should not not be allowed to operate again they should be closed down ,
there is no accountability, staff tell your parcel is missing and there is no remorse and nothing to do about it, staff treat customer as if they are doing u a favour when we have paid for service parcel worth thousands of pound got missing
how frustrating waiting for a parcel DHL e commerce collected to be delivered for 2 weeks no one can account for it, or even give u an update
its a big shame to a company that people trust .

Lying delivery drivers. Spent a whole day at home waiting for compost delivery. Get an email saying they delivered, not sure where. I haven't sign for it. They are lately worst than Evri and it pains me to say it. And to top it off they said I sign for it, I wanna see it cause you made a huge mistake, I have a second name I use in my signature, so show me. Now I have to fight with eBay and get my compost from the shop so there goes my back. Thanks for nothing, losers.
