Pacco in consegna con dhl... dopo pochi minuti mi arriva notifica che il mio indirizzo non esiste.. quando passano corrieri praticamente tutti i giorni. Ho fatto la modifica indirizzo sul loro sito e cosa fanno? Decidono che il pacco va restituito al mittente.
Non scrivo cosa penso perché sennò mi bannano a vita.
Ma di sicuro d ora in poi se leggerò dhl cambierò prodotto/ sito.

The most unreliable and lazy of all. Anything delivered through their eCommerce brand does NOT have a customer service. If you call normal. DHL customer care number they will divert you again to the eCommerce number which is only a useless automated voice. The "rearrange delivery" function on their website is totally broken and doesn't work either. Stay away!

Avoid this company at all costs your parcel will not be delivered or received on time absolute wasters having me wait in 2 seperate days and take pictures of random houses saying I wasn’t in absolute idiots stil have not recieved it jokers

Około godziny 10:47 dostałam SMS, że moja paczka trafiła do paczkomatu. Zdziwiłam się bardzo, ponieważ jestem po operacji stopy i nie mogę wyjść z domu, dlatego też zamówiłam kuriera. Gdy odwiedziłam stronę odczytałam, że kurier podobno był u mnie i mnie nie zastał. To jest niemożliwe. Była u mnie w tym czasie pracownica i również może potwierdzić, że kurier nie dzwonił. Dodatkowo miał mój nr telefonu. Powinien był skontaktować się ze mną. Panie w centrali są podłe. Gdy zgłosiłam problem, to dostałam odpowiedź, że nie wyjmą paczki z paczkomatu i nie dostarcza mi. Brak słów. Zgłosiłam do sprzedawcy problem.

"Poor delivery service"
Poor delivery service. Second time for delayed delivery as they sent parcel all over the place for no apparent reason . Recent delivery was scheduled for next day delivery and turned up 48 hrs later. No explanation is given on tracking or by driver when dumped on doorstep. Why companies use this service I don't know.

I do not understand that such a stupid company exists and has employees and CUSTOMERS! and it is GERMAN!!! :D.. never experienced such stupid shipping company! i am sure it is responsible for high blood pressure of thousedns of people :) I am one of them! anyway NEVER AGAIN! when I am offered to chose dhl by any e-shop, i avoid using it and i am sure all will be ok! trust me, do not use their "services"

Dzwoniłem do kuriera oczywiście nie odbiera napisałem sms nie odpisał sąsiadka widziała jak przejeżdża obok domu i nawet się nie zatrzymał tylko w aplikacji było że nikogo nie było w domu jebać DHL

"It should be a ZERO"
It would be a zero star review if I were able to give it. I ordered perfumes from Italy. The package cleared customs then transferred to DHL in the states. For 2 weeks these people have had my package. They claim that a delivery attempt was made on a Monday but no one was home to sign for it but our security cameras debunked that lie. I contacted DHL it took 3 attempts and 40 minutes to connect with the live chat agent. They claimed they rescheduled it to be delivered 2 days after my chat with them which was another lie. Here it is Saturday and my package was supposed to be here for the second time 2 days ago. The tracking says it’s scheduled but the scheduled date is for Tuesday 4 days ago. I want my package It’s now 4/12/25 still no package. These people are the absolute WORST of the worst. I had delivery issues with them in 2019 with a wedding dress that I had made and my seamstress who lived in Florida shipped it via these incompetent people and my dress showed up a week late in Philadelphia where I opted to pick it up to avoid further rerouting issues. They are horrible and it seems like they’re ok with being a horrific business. Do not use their services. Go with USPS, UPS, or FedEx and pay the extra $ for better service.
