Tried to deliver my parcel but I wasn’t in. Then the delivery date changed every day for redelivery and never came. Now my parcel has appeared to have gone missing because it won’t track anymore. Will avoid ordering anything in future who use DHL

Nie polecam a raczej odradzam. W ciągu kilku dni jedna paczka wróciła do nadawcy informacja brak możliwości doręczenia, odmowa odbioru, tylko że paczka była do automatu paczkowego...nie wiem odmówił przyjęcia paczki? Dziś telefon w sprawie następnej paczki, zamawiała pani odziez czy buty? Bo nie wiedzą która paczka moja, zamawiałam odzież ...pewnie dostarczą buty. Porażka nigdy więcej współpracy z tą firmą.

"Express" delivery took 2 weeks! Package was "out for delivery" 3 days in a row – total lie. Customer service? Just robots repeating "check tracking." Never using this joke of a company again.

UPS/FedEx don't play these games.

Il corriere doveva consegnare il giorno 11 aprile, mi arriva notifica che nn era stato possibile consegnare la merce. Oggi è successa una cosa abbastanza preoccupante.... mi arriva una mail dove si indica pacco consegnato...e addirittura la mia firma
digitale che certifico l'avvenuta consegna! Essendo in casa causa brutto tempo posso garantire che il corriere non è assolutamente passato. Ora ho fatto una segnalazione a DHL ... Chiedo a codesti nome e cognome del corriere che aveva in carico la consegna... dove ha consegnato la merce e chi ha firmato al mio posto? Soprattutto chi mi rimborsa ? Questa mattina dopo due segnalazioni trovo incastrato nella cassetta della posta il pacco! Un po' bagnato causa mal tempo e lo sportello della cassetta postale semiaperto.. il problema sussiste perché io non ho visto il corriere e non ho firmato.. quando è stato consegnato? O a chi lo avete consegnato che ha firmato a mio nome?. chiunque può dire che sono io a questo punto e anche firmare!!!!!

"Beyond worthless"

Beyond worthless. If I could give zero stars I would. I have no idea how they are still in business. I constantly seem to have issues with packages shipped through them over the years. Most recently I order the nutritional supplements my naturopath recommended on full script. The first order couldn't be delivered and was returned to sender. I think because she put my address in backwards. So I corrected it and they sent out a replacement shipment. Was supposed to be expedited. Well it's been almost a week and I get notification that my package is now a dead letter. Which apparently means they can't deliver it and it won't be returned to sender. No explanation why except this company is worthless and it's employees illiterate? Because how else can this be so difficult. No other delivery service has had issues. They should be put out of business.
