Case of wine again just left on doorstep at 12.35. Neither of two doorbells rung nor knock on door. Became aware at 1.25 when checking my phone to see it had "safely been accepted by me"
Sadly the wine company (excellent )will now lose my custom as the last delivery also just dumped. Besides the risk of theft I'm not keen for house to appear unoccupied even when it isn't.
I see most reviews are negative. It would appear DHL aren't bothered!

Payed 280 usd to transfer forgotten old clothes (8kg) in malaysian airport to europe, they gonna charge me taxes for 110 usd additionaly on arriving even though estimation of parcel was 50 usd, crazy.... 400 usd to transfer some tshirts and jeans? Well done....

Anyone know how I can show this to Stuart Hill of DHL UK? This is the result of chasing my parcel for a week!! I've been lied to time and time again and finally after 7 days, I had to collect it myself only to find this....!! It's been doing the rounds (on the floor by the looks) of 1 of 3 St. Austell depots. Your customers pay for a service and your employees treat them like this?? I won't find out if the equipment is damaged or not until they install it next week, all involved should be publicly shamed and made to pay for any forthcoming damages, absolutely disgusting!!

DHL è la definizione di disastro logistico. I pacchi vengono lanciati senza alcun rispetto, anche davanti alle telecamere. E quando nessuno guarda? Peggio ancora: ci giocano a bowling, come se fossero birilli invece di spedizioni pagate dai clienti. Un comportamento inaccettabile, ma evidentemente tollerato dall’azienda.
E se provi a contattarli? Buona fortuna. Il numero 199 199 345 è inutile, alle email non risponde nessuno, le PEC vengono ignorate. Non c’è assistenza, non c’è serietà, non c’è nemmeno un minimo di rispetto per chi paga il loro servizio.
Mai più DHL. Un’azienda così non merita un solo cliente.
