"Firma porażka"

Firma porażka, czy ktoś w ogóle zajmuje się towarzystwem który dostarcza przesyłki. Czekam na przesyłkę od dnia 18.03.2025r, w tym dniu kurier miał dostarczyć paczkę. Niestety nie raczył się pofatygować, tylko zostawił ją w punkcie odbioru, a żeby było ciekawiej kilka km od adresu doręczenia. Reklamacja zgłoszona oczywiście. Informację jaką otrzymałam na infolinii-kurier miał podjąć przesyłkę 31.03.2025 i dostarczyć na adres. Dziś mamy 24.03.2025 paczki nadal nie ma!!! Ostatni raz zamawiałam przez tą firmę. Dziadostwo to mało powiedziane.

"Yet again DHL simply dump your delivery…"

Yet again DHL simply dump your delivery on the doorstep not even bothering to ring the bell or knock on the door. Terrible 'service', I fail to understand how they stay in business with average reviews equalling 1.2 stars on here! As a disabled person (which they can only determine if they bother to knock and give you the chance to get to the door) is it much to be able to ask them to lift it into the house?

"Awful company "

As other say, they are the worst! Unfortunately lots of companies use them so we receivers have no choice. They deliver orders and leave them outside which could be stolen or they make a mess with declaration forms and then you will end up paying outrageous amount of import duties because they just write random numbers on the forms. Absolutely useless customer service on the phone as well.

"Absolutely dreadful service in…"

Absolutely dreadful service in Cambridge, UK area. Ordered a solar panel, received a week and a half later but was SMASHED. Supplier sent a replacement but that NEVER
ARRIVED. Didn't help that the courier was trying to deliver to my business premises at 7.00 pm!!

They then failed to also turn up to collect the original order as arranged by my supplier.

De bezorger is gehinderd?? Sirieus alleen even de andere kant van de straat in rijden dat was alles nu mag ik hele weekend wa8e want het was zaterdag midag en nu word het maandag avond waarschijnlijk met julie nog weet niet wat julie bezorgers bezielt maar echt schandalig hoop als julie wat bestelen via waar dan ook ren compleet andere partij waar je het product ni eens koopt de hele verzending opfockt helemaal vertrapt is soms spellen van honderden euro's echt schandalig dit poep bedrijf nooit meer dhl word mijn moto.

"Do Not Use This Shipper! (Scammers)"

DHL is a scam organization. Right now they are attempting to EXTORT 117.99 dollars from me for "duty tax" on a DUTY FREE item shipped from Sweden to the USA. When I called to ask them to clarify what these fees are they LIED and told me that they would transfer my call to the expert who would inform me what the fees were (exactly) and then they transferred me to a automated system asking for a credit card number. I also requested that they send me the actual receipt from the Federal Government for the tax they allegedly paid, and they have ignored and refused this request. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It is a scam. Thank you.

"Absolutely shocking service!"

Absolutely shocking service!
I will NEVER use this courier service again!
I was forced to use DHL to return an item to a company but despite having proof of that I had dropped off my return at a service point they failed to collect the return and refused to give me any information as to why it hadn’t been uplifted. I had to go to the seller of my item to escalate the complaint with DHL and eventually got a refund for my item, I don’t know if the seller ever got their item back, DHL tracking still shows that the parcel hasn’t moved from the drop off point 😡

"DHL is the biggest lying package…"

DHL is the biggest lying package delivery company.
I waited for a few days for Sami to bring a package and when he does, he puts it in front of the door and then leaves.
There was no one at home, so you understand, someone passing by took it and left.
I get a message from DHL and it tells me that I received the package.
DHL means:
D for Dangerous, H for Hooligans and L for Liars.
I do not recommend this company to anyone, look at the customer reviews!

"The entire DHL experience was a…costly horrific nightmare"

The entire DHL experience was a nightmare with very few exceptions. I was charged $1000 for transporting one suitcase from the U.S. to Portugal. Apparently, I was not given the correct forms that would itemize and show the value of my shipment. The suitcase was stuck in customs in Portugal for two weeks; there was a customer service number for DHL Portugal but it would only ring through to an automated message and hang up. I finally drove an hour to the DHL office to straighten the issue out; they said that they needed a form that they had sent to be returned through their website. Their website would not allow me to attach and return the document. I contacted DHL in the U.S. For the first time, someone was helpful and said that I could send them the form and that they would forward it on; however two days later I was told by DHL Portugal that I had not fulfilled their requirement and that my suitcase would be immediately returned to the U.S. It was impossible to get help from DHL in Portugal and the help from the U.S. was difficult to find and many times clueless. On top of everything else, none of my $1000+ was refunded for the incredible inconvenience. I'd never do business with DHL again and I'd strongly recommend you don't either.

Dno i 300 metrów mułu. Twierdzą że nie zastali mnie w domu choć byłem przez cały dzień. Jeszcze raz dno
