Jedna gwiazdka to za dużo na tą firmę.
Przesylka nadana w dniu 18.03 odebrana dzień później. Do dzisiaj nie została dostarczona do odbiorcy, dodatkowo okazało się że przesyłka uszkodzona.
Na wcześniejsze prośby o odbiór osobisty paczki z punktu (co było możliwe już 20.03) odpowiedź negatywna.
Jako że jest to część to samochodu przez ponad tydzień zostałem zmuszony do wynajmu samochodu oczywiście nie za darmo.

"RICHIESTA INFORMAZIONE"
La scorsa settimana, (giorno indicato sotto approssimativo) ho chiamato al numero verde per chiedere informazioni inerente e-mail ricevute a nome vostro in cui mi si consegnava un pacco.
A parte che per chiedere informazioni mettiate un numero "Verde" a pagamento è già una vergogna, comunque, tralasciando già questa spiacevole sorpresa, chiedo alla signorino se ci fosse un pacco a mio nome (visto che aspetto una consegna per un biglietto per un concerto), quindi do il codice e mi dice che non esiste, nessun problema, peccato che volevo a questo punto oltre fare presente (sempre con telefonata a pagamento) che ci sono persone che a questo punto fanno delle truffe a Vostro nome, e mi sento rispondere, ce ne sono tante.
A questo punto, volevo chiedere altre informazioni ma già la risposta ricevuta tra che il telefono costava (il prefisso 199, costa e non poco), mi è passata la voglia.
Sta di fatto che continuo ricevere e-mail a vostro nome ed ovviamente non si sa distinguere se ciò è veritiero o meno, visto che comunque non vengo contattate telefonicamente da nessun corriere che mi si sta consegnando qualcosa a mio nome o per metterci d'accordo per un'eventuale data ed ora.
Ora mi chiedo potete fare qualcosa a quanto richiesto?

Sharing my experience with DHL Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City branch) here:
They disconnect their phone line during business hours and never answer calls, no matter how many times you try. They falsely claim to have attempted delivery on a Sunday—when they don’t even operate—yet never actually showed up or called the phone number on the package. Instead of providing reliable service, they lie to cover up their delays and incompetence. This actually seems to be a regular pattern in Vietnam.
Worse, they offer no way for customers to file complaints and actually deal with them, leaving us completely powerless against their dishonesty. Unfortunately, lots of companies still use DHL so we receivers have no choice.

Czekam na paczkę w Niemczech już 5 dni i ciągle przesuwają mi termin. Brak możliwości kontaktu mailowego. Czat z botem to porażka.. Najgorsza firma kurierska. Nie polecam. Szukajcie innej.

I waited AT HOME the whole day, and then got a message that I wasn't home. No one called. I asked for a redelivery, and the same happened again. I tried to contact them through the chat, WhatsApp, and mail form, but those apps are as intelligent as a rock, just regurgitating a few standard answers. When I the called them, they said they had the wrong phone number, and I had to send them a mail with the correct number.
They had my email, so why didn't they reach to tell med about the issue with the phone number?
But that's not the worst part. When I contacted them through their mail form, I HAD TO GIVE THEM MY PHONE NUMBER, which was correct the whole time!

"Unprofessional and useless"
NO attempt was made to deliver the parcel from Germany. NO information was left regarding collection of the parcel. DHL in Firenze is COMPLETELY USELESS, INEFFICIENT and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dreadful company awful customer services obviosly not bothered by negative criticism.
DHL we're delivering a replacement bivvy for me as mine was broke. I asked for a pm delivery last fri 21st I had dental appt but was home before 12. At 12.40 got a message from them saying couldnt deliver as no one home he never come to my house.
I was then told that he was supposed to deliver between 15.47 and 16.47 so not only did he not come to my house he was 3 hrs early. Now I would of thought because they cocked up they would of contacted driver and asked him to do his job and deliver my parcel but no. Several email complaints to DHL and parcel was being delivered today I asked for delivery after 16.00 so someone would be home and DHL said they told driver to deliver after 16.00 gues what at 12.30 I get an email saying they tried to deliver my parcel at 12 .16 and on one was home. Never ever use this company
