Ta firma to jest jakaś tragedia, ostatni raz korzystam z ich usług, kurier przyszedł bez listu przewozowego chociaż tak było zamówione, nie odebrał przesyłki a następnie odznaczył w systemie że paczka została nadana. Jakim bezczelnym trzeba być żeby coś takiego robić jeszcze starszej osobie ,która nadaje paczkę. Odradzam i jeszcze raz odradzam.

Didn't even attempt to deliver. This is not the first time this has happened. Just drove straight to a 'pick-up' facility miles away from where I live which is hugely inconvenient. I won't be able to pick it up. I would rather do without than ever use DHL services again (in fact, I didn't choose them, it was just the sender's courier of choice )
