No one replies to emails / cannot talk to anyone . Parcel has been sitting in delivery depo for 4 days !!!
Will never order from any company that use DHL.

"Third time is a...curse?"

The third time that DHL has massively disappointed me. I was on my way to buy lunch when my partner called to say that a package is coming between 12:20 and 13:55. I rushed home, waited till 16:43, and no update. On the track and trace page, it just says 'delivery interrupted', that's all. No information to say whether they are still coming or when they are coming. Last time they lost my passport. The time before that, they lost a box of chemicals worth more than 2000 euros.

Horrible , they don’t even bother trying to dilver my parcel. Worse part I can’t even redirect it to a pick up point since Amazon ordered it. Why Amazon can’t send it themselves I have no clue. I would never have ordered it , if I knew this useless company was being used as a third party. Shame on you Amazon nl.

tragedia. dwa dni z rzędu przychodzi SMS z informacją że paczka jest w automacie. nie było. kurier nie odbiera telefonów lub mówi WITAM i się rozłącza. infolinia nic nie pomaga a śledzenie paczki jest strasznie popsute. poza tym firma pomyliła adresy: Zabrze z Sosnowcem (nie wiem jak) nie dało się zgłosić reklamacji przez dwa dni, trzeciego się udało i firma odpisała że paczka jest u kuriera i ma być doręczona. paczka dalej nie dotarła...

THE WORST ! THE WORST ! Please avoid DHL at all costs. Paid $150 for 2-day international shipping - package it’s on hold for weeks Wating to be released. Are you kidding me ? It is not a rocket being delivered to me, it’s only 2 time sensitive DOCUMENTS/PAPERS, while customer service it’s absolutely HORRIBLE. This company should be out of businesses immediately.

Failed delivery from tredz on 3 occasions, driver keeps going to the wrong address even though all details are correct on package.
Companies need to start looking how this delivery company is impacting their business and reputation.
Do not use DHL shocking service and no customer service numbers.

Absolutely useless delivery company…. Can’t get hold of anyone… sent emails no reply’s.. used the “ live chat” useless Too.
Driver claimed tried to deliver but couldn’t gain access to my address! Absolute lie no delivery was attempted at all. Couldn’t track after stop number 79… I was stop number 110 …. 2 days now trying to get my delivery. I wouldn’t recommend these cowboys ….
