"NOT handed to the customer…"

Sadly the driver did NOT hand the parcel to the occupier but left it in the porchand then behind a plant! Falsifying hid delivery notes and then we were unable to contact DHL to explain - hence having to leave a poor review.

Disgusting company on every level .. delivered a box to my home twice for a company who done work for me on footwear .. both times left on door step and said I signed for them , both times I was miles away ( once out the country ) now they are blaming me for a failed delivery !!! Wow .. no customer services at all just people who read from scripts . The driver lied twice and said I signed , this is fraud.

Assolutamente pessima,in attesa di un pacco che non hanno consegnato,adducendo che in portineria nel momento della consegna non ci fosse il custode (falso) e dopo il mio reclamo mi viene comunicato che il pacco mi sarà consegnato entro due giorni, oggi è il terzo giorno e a tutt'oggi nessuna consegna. Esperienza negativa non consiglio.

Una stella è anche troppo. Non rispondono, non danno informazioni. Pacco previsto per il 15 aprile, spostato e poi ancora rimandato al 18. Ovviamente non lo hanno consegnato e solo dopo molto cercare ho trovato l’informazione che la consegna sarebbe prevista per il 22…

I order my skincare through stylekorean through dhl because its the only option its genuinely so terrible. You have to sign occasionally for some packages or sometimes they'll just take the package anyways and when i checked my tracking it said no one was home to receive the package but i know no one knocked because people in my house have been awake since 6am till now genuinely the worst experience I've ever had with delivery. What really makes me mad is that it blames the person receiving the delivery for "not answering the door" even though the driver never even actually knocked WE HAVE A RING CAMERA TOO SO WE DEFINITLY WOULDVE SEEN HIM. Kindve a rant but it truly infuriates me.

se potessi esprimere un giudizio metterei -1. Pacco in consegna giovedì 17 aprile, non so per quale motivo hanno preso la scusa che non consegnavano per giornata festiva, dalle loro parti, la riprogrammo per il giorno seguente ma anche questa volta non la consegnano. Sabato i signori della Dhl non lavorano e Domenica è pasqua. Grazie

Szkoda, że nie można ocenić na 0. Wczoraj i dzisiaj cały czas był ktoś w domu i mimo to dostałam informację, ze kurier (którego nigdy do mnie nie dojechał) rzekomi nie zastał nikogo w domu i paczka jest do odbioru w punkcie. To są jakieś kpiny! Kurierowi po prostu nie chciało się przyjechać. Ta firma to jakiś żart.

Corriere indegno di tale nome. Pacco pagato con supplemento x consegna in 24 ore. Dopo 5 gg non si sa nulla. Numero assistenza a pagamento x non avere risposte.

"Beznadziejnie"

DHL miał dostarczyć paczkę dwa dni temu. Nie dostarczył. Nagle się okazało, że dziś jest w dostawie. Kurier ani nie zadzwonił na telefon, ani na domofon, choć byłem cały czas w domu. Dostarczył paczkę do losowo wybranego punktu oddalonego kawał drogi od domu. Absolutnie nie polecam.
