This is now the third time I have faced issues with my parcel delivery. My current order was dispatched on 3rd April 2025, and as of today, 22nd April, I still have not received it. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating; I haven't received any emails or updates regarding the status of my shipment.
This is not an isolated incident. Previously, DHL lost my iPhone 15 Pro, which was highly disappointing. On another occasion, I had books valued at £580 go missing in transit; thankfully, the sender was able to refund me, but that process required me to place another order, which took an additional five days to resolve.
With these repeated issues, I am beginning to lose faith in your delivery services. It’s becoming increasingly apparent that I cannot rely on timely deliveries, and this situation has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. simply unacceptable.

"Easily the worst shipper"
Easily the worst customer experience of any shipping company. They blatantly lie about delivery attempts, leaving customers angry, and even blame the supplier in some cases when it is their fault due to incompetence. Do not use for anything. If you order something and it will be shipped by DHL, cancel your order.

"The Kings of Failed Deliveries!"
Promised "express" shipping for my important documents – package took 2 weeks to arrive! Their tracking was pure fiction, showing "Out for delivery" for 5 days straight while customer service gave me a new fake excuse every time I called.

What an atrocious delivery (non)company!
You get given delivery dates and times, which are mostly changed to a later time....
They then fail to deliver and you are then given another day/ time, they then fail delivery again but this time the tracking tells you 'you weren't in' which isn't true.you then may get a third date, they might turn up, but then again it is DHL so anything could happen.
They are a total joke, wouldn't use or recommend them....

Jetzt wollte ich der DHL eine direkte Beschwerde schicken und wurde umgelenkt auf chatbot-marie.dhl Es wurde nur herum geeiert und keine definitive Auskunft erteilt. Eine Beschwerde annehmen konnte die Seite scheinbar auch nicht. Warum existiert sie dann überhaupt? Scheinbar kann man nichts bewegen, um Verbesserungen hervorzubringen. Deshalb setze ich hier auch wieder nur ein Sternchen auf die DHL und drücke damit meine äußerste und Zufriedenheit aus.

Consistently the worst delivery service in my experience. Contradicting emails/texts. Don't bother tracking your order as it's never accurate.

Have ordered wine with delivery by DHL. Despite my requests to leave wine in agreed safe place,wine was always left in full view outside my front door in shared drive Even photo by courier shows this. Not only is there a high risk of theft it clearly indicates nobody home Complaint to DHL resulted in being told wine had been left in safe place,suggesting I was lying!.Useless service
