Dno i wodorosty . Nie polecam z całego serca. Czekałem cały dzień , kurier nawet nie zadzwonił , zamiast tego napisał że nie było nikogo w domu. Dodatkowo brak możliwości skontaktowania się zarówno z kurierem jak i biurem obsługi . Przez what's up również zbywają .

Kurier DHL nie zadzwonił przed dostawą, tylko odrazu odrzucił adres, który istnieje. Chyba najgorsza obecnie firma kurierska w Polsce.
Dodatkowo nie można skontaktować się z kurierem, oraz z konsultantem. Automatyczny robot odbiera telefon i nie daje możliwości połączenia z człowiekiem, a sam robot nie potrafi rozwiązać problemu przesyłki.

"Das Paket kommt voraussichtlich am blablabla" Ja genau, und das wurde mir auch vor ner Woche gesagt. Die Deppen bei DHL wissen nichtmal, was sie machen. Dauernd kommt es zu Verspätungen und anderen Komplikationen. Ich habe genug von dieser lächerlichen Firma. Früher war es alles okay aber jetzt ist es einfach der größte Schwachsinn. Da bevorzuge ich sogar andere Firmen wie Hermes oder DPD mehr. Und das sagt schon einiges, weil die auch schlecht sind. Aber wenigstens kommen die Sendungen an!

"Truly unreasonable"

Their customs is asking me to pay them 53€ tax for a single key I sent of my house with maximum value of 20€. Last time they had my life saving medicine destroyed when I sent them to Thailand with a medical report and receipt attached after assuring me it's okay. I'd like to upload receipts and communications but I can't. Don't ever want to hear this name again! Thieves!!

Informed by email that delivery would be between 1131and 1331 today. On returning from a hospital appointment I found a note stating that an attempt to deliver had been made at 1010hrs now I have to wait another day. Absolute garbage.
Just had package delivered. Much better service, than having to wait another day.

Servizio assolutamente pessimo suonano e non lascia il tempo di rispondere (ho casa su due piani) poi trovo mail di mancata consegna e di andare a prendere il pacco su un point dhl o mi da scelta di cambio giorno lo faccio e metto orario di pomeriggio che so che c'è qualcuno a casa, corriere torna di nuovo alle 11 del mattino e mi chiama al cell gli dico che sono al lavoro e di lasciarlo nel portone come fanno tutti i corrieri si rifiuta e dice di andare al point a ritirare insomma ho pagato per andare a prendermelo da sola e non hanno rispettato l'orario indicato e se chiami il disco fa perdere solo tempo e non parli con nessuno....pessimo davvero pessimo

È inutile fare messaggi accattivanti, anche in inglese, PESSIMI. Consegnano quando vogliono e SEMPRE IN RITARDO, il numero verde poi, inqualificabile.

My item arrived at the local depot 5 days ago. It's still there, and it's no more than a two-mile walk from my home. Still no date for delivery. I suspect it has been lost.
