"Appalling service"

Appalling service. My parcel first reached the DHL depot on 14 April. They have failed to deliver it on 3 consecutive days and now say that they will try again on 24 April, I.e after the Easter holidays. The last delivery failure my delivery was scheduled as drop 130. How can one driver be expected to manage that number of drops in a large rural area?

I insisted on DHL for a collect and deliver - what an error without checking recent performance. Appalling tracker (out of date) estimated delvery (pure fantasy) and the usual pass from pillar to post when you call. What has happened this once reliable company? So far a day late but still showing yesterday as delivery on the "tracker"

Driver attempted to deliver parcel earlier than allotted time. No communication or indication this would happen.

My package has been sitting in US customs for almost a week. Any and all updates I get say the exact same thing. They have all the information they need but still haven’t released my package for delivery. This is absolutely asinine.

Lost my legal documents. Terrible customer service on the chat. No customer service on the phone. Processes taking ages. You can only have one process open, so I couldn't have file open to search for my docs and to complain. You have to chose! How dumb...

"Jak najdalej od Dhl"

Dhl miał dostarczyć paczkę TEMU. Podobno dzwonił domofonem ale mnie chwilowo nie było. Nie zadzwonił na telefon, który miał. Jako jedyna firma kurierska nie ma takiego obowiązku. Przekazał paczkę do Żabki bez rejestracji. Przekazano mi ją na oświadczenie. Teraz paczka jest niedostarczona ją nie mogę jej reklamować. Dhl nie odpowiada na maile. Nigdy więcej z tą tzw firmą.

Se potessi darei 0. Il peggior servizio di spedizioni con il quale sto avendo a che fare, non per mia scelta. Mi stanno prendendo in giro da due giorni scaricando la palla tra il servizio telefonico e quello di chat istantanea, pensando che siamo tutti stupidi! Intanto del mio pacco non si hanno notizie ed io sono arrabbiatissima, al punto che vorrei rivolgermi ad un' associazione che tutela i diritti dei consumatori. Operatori telefonici bugiardi ed altri maleducati che chiudono il telefono in faccia dopo aver pagato per parlare con loro! Seriamente da denuncia!
E pensare che ieri ho risposto persino in modo positivo ad un sondaggio sul loro operato, perché mi sono lasciata
abbindolare dalla gentilezza di un' operatrice che, vol senno di poi, ho capito non sapeva nemmeno quello che diceva! Che vergogna!

I will always use DHL for all my shipping all the time.
