Dopo aver fatto un' ordine dove veniva specificato che la consegna sarebbe avvenuta entro 3 giorni lavorativi, ad oggi sono passati 8 giorni ed il mio pacco è ancora in transito. Mai più DHL

Absolute pits of a company. Have no regards for people’s property and customer service, why they even exist as a company I do not know. A delivery was supposed to be 22nd April. Nothing was delivered and no updates.

"Absolutely horrible experience with DHL…"
Absolutely horrible experience with DHL Express service. Instead of 2-3 business day delivery we have been waiting for our package to be delivered for almost two weeks. Not only you have to get through hell in order to get to a real person to obtain a real status of your shipment but also you have to deal with totally incompetent representatives who don’t give a shit 💩 about anything. It probably will take me a whole day to list everything that went wrong. I had to go through a total nightmare to get remotely close to a delivery date. As of now I still don’t have a package in my possession. 10000% UNRELIABLE service. Use different carrier if you can.

"Wasted a day waiting for item"
Had a one hour delivery slot 9.15am on the morning. Waited in all day. Update at 6.30pm, item back at warehouse.
Wasted day waiting all day for my item that never arrived, absolutely awful service.

"How is DHL still in business"
How is DHL still in business? They literally have one job - to deliver - and yet can't do even the most basic drop. I've been home both times the driver claimed to deliver. We have an intercome, with clear instructions on how to buzz. DHL also have the door code. I removed the signature authority after the first delivery didn't happen. Yesterday I contacted DHL to complain. I was told a supervisor would call within the hour. No one called. I change the drop off address to a DHL locker. It was out for delivery yesterday. Not delivered. Instead it is now on hold, with no date for delivery. This is a time-sensitive document from the Australian Government. Now I can't get anyone on the live chat or phone. I'm appalled.

Awful service. Deliver times are lies which then are said to be delayed by 24hrs without reason, and there’s no one. It an automated voice to talk to for customer service, it’s an appalling service.

Pessimi..consegne in ritardo e bugie..Hanno asserito (dopo due giorni di ritardo) di aver tentato la consegna ma di aver trovato chiuso. Peccato che nell'orario indicato fossero presenti almeno 15 persone, che pur avendo il numero di telefono di contatto nessuno ci abbia chiamati, che non sia stato lasciato alcun avviso e, soprattutto, che le telecamere di sicurezza non abbiano registrato alcun arrivo dhl..una tristezza di falsità..il numero verde è penoso..attese infinite per non ricevere risposte..

"Truly appalling"
My item with a value of £900 was left outside someone else's property a quarter of a mile away and the driver signed it recieved with my name!
