"Incubo da denuncia"

Pacco in consegna da una settimana chat inesistente, bot inutile, Operatori reali inesistenti, pacco non si sa dove sia, tracking penoso e inutile, corriere incompetente e penoso, da licenziare all istante, chiamo in sede e mi vengono prosciugati 5€ di credito per una chiamata dalla durata di 1 minuti con un bot che ha detto che nessun operatore fosse disponibile e ha messo giù,sareste da denunciare e poi da bruciare tutte le vostre fabbriche e furgoni

"These guys suck big time"

These guys suck big time. A parcel due on the Thursday before Easter failed to be delivered. I rescheduled for a specific day, was notified that it was out for delivery only for the parcel to be returned to the depot. Dreadful.

I Would like to give 0 stars but they don’t give the option. Kept getting notifications that no one was there to sign for package when I WAS there, so delivery guy lied. Then they kept threatening me to pick up package or they would send it back on Easter weekend when their offices were closed. Forget about customer services because there is none, oh and don’t try and call because no one will answer, only useless bots that redirect you to their garbage online site that does even less. How this pathetic excuse for a company is still in business is beyond reason. Stay far away from this bad joke of a delivery non-service.

"Bad attitude from the driver"

Bought a greenhouse. It had to be delivered to my allotment, which is a 10min drive from home. Was told by DHL it would be delivered today, and it was. Told by DHL it would be delivered between 18:58 and 19:58. Got a phone call at 18:14 from the driver saying he's waiting for me. I said I'll be 10mins. He said that's no good I can't wait that long. I explained about the text. He said I'll go off and come back soon. I went to the allotment and waited. He turned up a short time later. Opened the back door removed the 2 boxes and leaned them towards me expecting me to carry them onto the allotment on my own. Emember it was a greenhouse!!! I'm a woman in my 60's. I had to find someone else on site to help me carry them. His attitude and short temperedness was disgusting.

I got a text in the morning to say my delivery would arrive between 10.00am-20.00pm. What delivery company gives a 10 hour time slot? Waited in all day and it never arrived!!! Tracking system doesn’t work either. Awful delivery service with no regards for their customers.

Spent 20 minutes on the phone to a cistomer service representative and a supervisor who were insisting I pay 20% VAT and duties on a 0% rated item (a comic book)

They kept telling me to check the HMRC portal, so I quoted the exact HMRC Guidance Note (VAT Notice 701/10) which directly details the correct rate.

Did that help? No. Instead they suggested I should pay and claim it back from HMRC. Just what I love doing, gathering a bunch of documents and submitting them to HMRC, until they decide to repay it at their leisure.

This is basic stuff and when someone insists that there are "no exceptions" to VAT and duties at 20%, they have clearly been poorly trained! Huge waste of my time.

Purtroppo il minimo è una stella, ma ci vorrebbe un -5!!!! Con loro sempre problemi, consegna un giorno, resto tutto il giorno a casa anche perchè l'oggetto mi serviva urgente e si trova solo online. Non arriva, leggo in consegna il giorno dopo, ma non so per quale motivo. Resto a casa anche tutto il giorno dopo e nuovamente nulla. Leggo in consegna 4 giorni dopo come concordato!!! Concordato da chi???? A me non ha chiesto nulla nessuno. Mi metto in contatto con l'assistenza clienti di DHL express via chat e attendo 25 minuti, mi dice per verificare, durante l'attesa chiedo se sono ancora vivi, e mi rispondono immediatamente dicendo che stanno gestendo più conversazioni!!! Ma non hanno alcuna vergogna????? Uno schifo, sono diventati il peggior servizio di spedizioni che ci sia!!!!!
