My second DHL 1 star review this year. (Why is there no option to give zero stars?) Still waiting 8 days for a package that was paid for 1/2 day delivery. Utter crap. How is this company still in business?

Buongiorno,
Ho acquistato della merce proveniente da UK, dal sito di tracking di DHL risula ferma dal 4 marzo in Belgio in fase di sdoganamento. Dal venditore ricevo la notizia che la mia merce è andata persa. Tuttavia da DHL nessuna informazione di qursto tipo. Oggi 18 marzo appare ancora in sdoganamento, il numero telefonico di assistenza non è raggiungibile. La chatbot non da le risposte di cui necessito ma informazioni automatiche non congrue.

I only gave one star because I can't give 0 stars if I could give 0 stars to DHL delivery company. I would definitely give them a 0. The service is crappy, the customer service sucks the delivery serviceis horrible. You guys are liars. You say you call my phone number, but you don't you say you come to my house, but you didn't. Then you send me an email that says oh sorry, we missed you because you were not at home at the time of the delivery. Really? Come on, DHL this is bad. SMH.

Ordered a fruit basket for a new mother, got nominated day delivery. DHL lied about a delivery attempt. My smart doorbell confirms no one showed up. No call, no card, just a false status update. Ruined a thoughtful gift.

Mi scuso ancora con DHL la spedizione e la recensione riguardava SDA. Le spedizioni con DHL SONO OK e si ha la possibilità di ritirare l’ordine nei punti di ritiro. La precedente recensione riguardava SDA che a Cagliari non è accettabile.

Pela quinta vez a DHL não faz a entrega na morada do pedido, deixando a encomenda na Ericeira quase 20km da morada indicada no pedido sem que sequer ter se deslocado há morada onde existem câmera vigilância e campainha com ligação ao telemóvel com registo e video chamada como prova.

Spero chiudano presto. Dichiaratori di falso. La gente prende ferie su appuntamento per aspettarli e loro non rispettano gli appuntamenti. Ma tipo sempre. Dopo questa valutazione inizio a minacciare di dare una stella anche a coloro che faranno uso della DHL come spedizioniere.

They are awful. My package has been sitting in New Jersey for 4 days and they can't tell me why. Said to contact the sender who's in India. What's he going to say. Your the ones who's messing up. I've told the company to never send my stuff threw DHL ever or I won't do business with them again.
