I ordered and paid and they informed me that they are out of stock and will give me a refund. It is now 2 months and still no refund. They do not respond to my emails and if you phone nobody ever answers. There must be a way to expose them and summons them? Please stay away from karibaa.com!!

They lie about delivery time. Unless you are prepared to wait months and are truly hardup to get an item, use anyone else.

I ordered a table lamp and paid R1,800 for it already on 29 September. Karibaa communicated regularly and promised to deliver the lamp to me during the first week of November 2021.
Then they sent another letter saying now they can only deliver in January!
All of a sudden, they IGNORE my emails and don't communicate at all?
I was happy to wait a bit longer for delivery but now they say NOTHING any more and I am waiting more than two months already as today is 1 December 2021!

Shocking service...claimed to have sent goods by courier but courier says goods were never delivered to them! NO replies...SCAM!

On 20 July 2020 i ordered products just to have them a day later state that they do not have some and will refund me - they refunded me half the money paid for the items (short refunded) - then the remainder of the order was delivered in dribs and drabs with some items still outstanding. I have written mail after mail after mail with no response - in January they said my products will be despatched shortly - 10 months later?????? still waiting for my products and the remainder of my refund. Unethical fraudulent behaviour. I think someone there deposited the money due to me in their account and reading the reviews it seems a trend...

"Order paid for on 26 September and still no delivery"
I placed an order on 26 September. I received an email informing that the products will be delivered "in the week of 18 October". I sent an email on 25 October requesting a delivery date. I received no response so resent the email again on 2 November - again no response. I then resent the same email again yesterday and have finally received a very poorly worded response advising that it will take about another month or two because of shipping delays. So, they have had my full payment including shipping since 26 September. Is this a scam to get cash, bank it and gain interest and then simply offer a refund less admin fees? Anyone have some advise for me?

"This is the worst experience I have had…"
This is the worst experience I have had ordering online. I ordered skin products 8 September and received an e-mail that I would receive it around 3 October since orders take between 7 - 15 working days. I received one of five items on
14 October. We are now at 35 working days...
They do not respond to e-mails and their telephone line does not work.
They appear to be fraudulent. I will never order from Karibaa again!
