"It is a fraudulent company"

It is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They do not deliver goods; is very hard to get a hold of and do not provide refunds. Consumers should be protected against scammers of this nature!

"Completely Fraudulent"

This company is a total scam, completely fraudulent. Surely there are laws to prohibit operations such as this, why have they not been closed down? Goods ordered two months ago still not delivered, when you get through to them they request another two months!

Re: Your Invoice #000006635 for Order #000016617

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Customer Service I’ve received from KARIBAA ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICES.
I bought three (The Ordinary Products) on December 14, 2020, at your online store. Though I received the invoice which reflected the three items and the payment amount of R1049.00 + R90.00 Shipping Handling bringing the Total to an amount of R1139.00. On the December 18,2020, I’ve received a second invoice from (KARIBAA order update for Order ID #000016617 !!!!) specifying that my order will be dispatched, in the Week of the 11 January 2021.

When I noticed that the Shipping Invoiced Order ID #000016617, send to me on email showing only two items, I’ve immediately contacted the Karibaa customer service help desk, on December 18, 2020. Shaakira a Karibaa Customer Service Rep, responded to my email on that same day at 15:39pm. explaining that they are facing logistical delays. Please note that I have taken liberty to attached all my email correspondence to KARIBAA Customer Service.
Needless to say to my disappointment, I’ve received only two items, and this is even after I’ve pointed out that your shipping invoice was incorrect. There has been no communication from KARIBAA since then, and now 08 October 2021 from anyone. When I attempted to call your landline (011) 568-7959 and 084 366-3170 , there seems to be some fault with the connection, the line is forever unavailable and no one respond to my emails. I hope that none of your other customers are facing this type of appalling, disappointment, and dissatisfaction with your Customer Service.
To resolve the issue, I would like you to refund the full amount that I paid (R1139. This should including the shipping handling) to my PayFast Customer account. I attached all of the original emails.
I look forward to your reply, within the next two weeks.

"TERRIBLE REVIEWS !!!!"

I placed my order on the 8th of September 2021 and was informed via email that the dispatch date will only be on the 3rd of October. After reading the customer reviews (unfortunately only after placing my order), I am very concerned about the fact that I might not even receive my parcel. Seems to me that this company should not advertise on any platform as we as customers need to trust in the deliverance of service. I’ve requested a refund in order to make use of a more reliable company with much better reviews.

6 weeks later I don't have my order. They don't communicate, they don't respond to emails, their phone is not working. They are a nightmare and have no shame.

"Hi Karibaa team"

Hi Karibaa team,

Please can you urgently respond to my numerous email requests regarding order #000020597.

On Friday, the 10th of Sept 2021 I was advised that the item linked to the above order number is no longer in stock. I was provided with an option of a refund or placing an alternative order.

I opted to enquire about another product.

I received an email from support@karibaa advising that payment has been received but no further communication followed on whether the alternative product has been ordered with a new order number or whether the alternative product is even in stock.

Please advise the current status of the order and confirm whether this means the alternative product is in stock and has been ordered or what the following steps are?

Noting some of the reviews on this site, it does not seem as if I am the only customer experiencing this problem.

I cannot get through on your landline or cell number and the very helpful consultant (Milon) when the first order was placed has also just reverted to dead silence.

I look forward to hearing from you urgently.

"I bought a lotion which would've…"

I bought a lotion which would've assisted me to heal from my disorders and it was a matter of life and death, i ordered it, i then sent proof of payment, but they did not tell me that my order was confirmed or my tracking number of it, now am sti waiting for them. They are so cruel, should i die they will be accountable for my death, i hate them a lot, now am depressed i dont know how i will get another money to buy the product, it was hard for me to get that money 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
