They are taking forever to give me a refund. They wont respond to my emails and when they do they say that they are having challenges with refunds. Their line wont go through. This is a very bad service. Would like to know where i can report this case because i feel robbed.

Everyone that said something bad about this company, you were lying, they are not a scam nor fraud, the amount of effort that was putted into my order was unreal. The only reason they take long to deliver was because of the lockdown restrictions around the world, we live in difficult times, not only you but everyone! So start being a bit more patient to those who just wants to help and do their best!

Impossible to say anything positive about a company that is so blatantly out to cheat the customers. Such bad incompetent service. After 3 months still no help. Most annoying and feel as though I have been robbed.

Customer service 101, if this isn't a scam and you're genuinely experiencing delivery issues, start communicating with your customers QUICKLY - call, email and put a message on your site. I ordered in July, I'm getting monthly automated emails saying it's on its way. Phone lines aren't working, email addresses are bouncing and no response to online chats. Final attempt before I report them, Shaakira... can you please track down Order ID #000009702?

"Terrible service"
Terrible service, Please don't buy from them. I ordered 2 items and days later they told me they're out of stock. It's weeks later since and they still have not refunded me after many emails exchange. They keep apologising and telling me to wait 7 days.
I don't trust them, at all.

I wish I read the reviews before placing my order.
Ordered and paid for an item that was in stock on the 26th September 2020 (order number 000014243) I was later told its out of stock? A month later today, I'm still waiting for my refund. They are no longer responding to emails. No one picks up the call either...Guess I've been scammed.

I have placed an order and paid the amount of R 420.00 on 03/10/2020, the order number: 000014650.
After sending messages via the site have had no response and it seems I will not receive my goods nor my money back.
What I find very disturbing is that you do get fraudsters still after our money, I'm a disabled pensioner living in a home. Our grant obviously goes to the centre to assist supporting us, we do light work and receive a pittance of R 500.00 a month. I paid almost my entire income for the item and has had absolutely no response at all. Gathering from the other reviews you won't even receive your money back, which once again will send me on a far and wide hunt to purchase what I need, however they said it was in stock! Thank you for being fraudsters!
