I am waiting on a response to my 4 emails regarding cancelling mu order and getting a refund. Must one go to the Ombudsman te get any reaction?

My order was not dispatched when promised in the week of 9/21, it got here today, and, I did not receive all the products that I ordered, as well as anything to justify that. I request a refund for my products or at the very least, the products I ordered for.

I have place an order on the 18th September when I try to track it, it says refund...what do you mean by that?? I have not received any refunds my order nr is 000013861. I don't want any part of this nonsense please just refund me.

I have placed a order in June. I have received only one item from the 2 items I placed. My order number #000008104. I tried sending an email and calling the 084 number with no success. I would be happy if the company can refund me the balance of the items they never shipped.

"Below average customer service"
I have placed an order on the Karibaa site, and the payment was deducted from my bank account. I only received a confirmation email from Payfast, none from Karibaa. Whenever I log into my account, it says that I have placed "no orders". I also cannot track the status of my order. I have contacted customer service support via email, the messaging function on the site and telephonically-yet received no response. Furthermore, the website is incredibly difficult to navigate and not at all consumer-friendly. This is, quite frankly, not acceptable service.

I placed an order at Karibaa on 16th September and the money was deducted from my bank account.
If I go to orders it says: "You have placed no Orders."
No confimation email was received, except the one from PayFast.
I have online chatted to them twice and submitted an online complaint via the online form. No response.
Update 21/9: I just received an email from Karibaa. Thanks to Trustpilot.
Update 3/10: Received the parcel in good order.

So my order was supposed to be dispatched today, this is the 4th time Karibaa had changed the date of disptachment off my order,,and I still haven't had any update.
