Ordered goods 3 months ago, no delivery and no response from Karibaa. DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAM

"False promise for a walker - disappointing service"

Paid for a walker for my mum on 16 June 2020. She had an operation on both feet on 18 June. Today 29 July 2020 karibaa has not delivered the walker. Have written over 8 follow up emails and each time they tell me they need to get in touch with back office before they can give me ETD. My mum is starting to feel better and may not have need for walker when they deliver. I am very disappointed.

I placed an order on the 7th of June. I am still awaiting delivery. At one stage was promised 22 June now I am just told that they will advice. Shocking

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. Place order on 7th June, they said 7-15 working days. 1 month later and still waiting. So disappointed.

VERY poor service. I placed an order on 6th June.
They said the order would be dispatched between 15th and 22nd June. We are still waiting.

Why do we have to give one star just to write a comment? They don't deserve even one star! Was asked again today (02/07/2020) for my proof of payment, which I sent on Monday (29/06/2020). They keep chatting via e-mail just to keep you hoping, meantime have no intentions to deliver.
