"I placed my order to the value of …R2000"

I did not receive any emails from you as you replied in my initial complaint!!!



I placed my order to the value of almost R2000 in July 2020.ive still not received my order even though I got a confirmation email that it would arrive between 27 July and 1 August. Tried calling but got voicemail that the messaging service is full and emails doesn’t get returned. Since my purchase with them , immediately after I’ve had about 12 attempted fraudulent transactions on my credit card. This company is a scam and steals your money . Do not purchase from them.

Delivery was a bit late, but as soon as I complained in my previous review, they made sure that I got my order ASAP, which I am very happy with as I wouldn't have been able to find it elsewhere. But they definitely do need to work on their channels of communication!

I have still not received my order... I call the number goes to voicemail... You email the emails get send back... How does one communicate with the company as i have not received my parcel and its paid for

No refund. No service. Bunch of crooks i think. Waiting over 3 months. All they do on f book is apologize. Stay away. Customer line none. Would of given a zero star but forced to give them a 1 .

Paid for a bedset for my son on the 5th if June. Enquired numerous times as to where the shipment was. No details given. Vague waiting period which went past ages ago. We are now 2 months down the line. I requested an update on delivery or they must refund and I have heard nothing from them. Shocking service. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO GIVE THEM A STAR TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BUT THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT!

I’m 99% sure they are selling fake The Ordinary products. They bottle is so different to the original. The consistency is off. It’s just bad.

Placed an order on 03/07/2020 and was informed my item would be delivered within the week of the 24th - 31st July and that I would receive a tracking number once my item had been dispatched. I received no further communication and had to try multiple sources to get a response re my order - contacted their whatsapp helpline, online chat consultant, Instagram account and multiple email addresses (many of which bounced back). Eventually got a response from their whatsapp helpline and Instagram account where I was told they'd have to check with "back office" regarding the status of my order. I requested a refund as I could tell I was being messed around. It took about 5 hours for my refund request to be processed and confirmation was received from Payfast and Karibaa themselves. Got my money back in about 3 days which I'm grateful for. In conclusion, do not purchase from this company, it's a major hassle to get through to them and actually get your items. 2 stars for their efficiency in processing my refund.

The worst online store there ever was. Emails bounce back, calls go to voicemail and zero communication from Karibaa. At this point all I want is a refund but there is no way of reaching anyone who works for this company. Frustrating doesn't even begin to describe the experience one has had with Karibaa. 2 MONTHS later and it's just radio silence.

DANGER.
Musika became Manicaa became Karibaa. Do yourself a favour. Read the (almost identical) reviews on each company with an average of 1.6/5. Mailbox full. Email addresses bounce. Chatline says you will be contacted on WhatsApp even if you don't leave a number! Goods never arrive.Under no circumstances pay them money.
Update. A couple of days after My Hellopeter review, money I paid was refunded. No communication. No apology. No explanation. Reply on Hellopeter is very poor on substance. Would not deal with them again.
